There is a very pleasant waiting area, with seats, tables and shade that blocks the sun's rays.
There is a sale of drinks, water and sodas and a wide variety of items for your car.
The staff speaks English, Spanish and Korean.

“I've been coming here for a car wash since 2008 and they've never disappointed. I've left important documents and change in the cup holders and nothing a has ever disappeared or been stolen. The only downside is the wait time if you're in a hurry, but it doesn't change my review of the Village Auto Spa.”

“This won't take out All them dried pesky bug guts but it will take out most of all dirt and new bugs that were on your car recommend the most expensive it does 2 soaps 1 wax and spot free rinse includes a little drying take note drive on the freeway for the left over to dry off. for 12 dollars”
“It was ok they give you 15 minutes for $5 which is very good. Its packed on Sundays. But in the ghetto South LA, is better it's cheaper on (Florence & Hoover & Hoover & Century) $1 for 5 minutes 11pm- 5am $2 other hours and they have dryers too.”
