I've been bringing my cat here for the past 5 years, and my late dog even longer than that. They're always very sweet and the front desk workers are also helpful. They're pretty thorough in their appointments and they always share the cost of care before running any tests, doing any shots, or prescribing any medicine, etc so you can decide what makes sense for you financially. I find them to be pretty affordable as someone who doesn't have pet insurance myself. Only hinder I find is because they're so popular when you go to book an appointment it's almost always at least 1-2 weeks out, no one's fault, just goes to show how popular and liked they are! Thank you for your services, you guys have always been great!

My dog has been pooping mucus and blood since the beginning of May 2024, I took my dog to be seen, they came back to tell me the plan of what to do, I have spent almost a thousand dollars to only get everything is fine and they just want me to continue to spend money, I did blood work and gave a stool sample, gave him pills and liquid to only still not know what's wrong with my dog. They didn't even call me once the stool sample came in, I had to call and the receptionist told me the doctor tried to text me, which I didn't receive, they just want to take your money. I do not recommend and if your reading this and you have a place to recommend me to go, please do so. Thank you

The staff and doctors are amazing, but either they're understaffed or their staff needs better management training. They hardly answer the phones and often reschedule appointments due to doctor availability or service availability. Parking is also an issue. But once you're there the staff and doctors are great. I want to stay with them but their administrative side needs work.

Highly recommend...I'm heavily involved in rescue so this clinic has seen 50+ animals. All of the vest who practice here are amazing and I highly recommend any and all of them

I've been going to this veterinary hospital for a long time and was saddened to hear that Dr Ochoa was leaving. He was by far the best vet we ever had. So I made an appt with Dr Sukhmani Bhullar and was 10 mins late and they canceled my appt. I have never had this happen before and after driving like a bat out of hell to get to the hospital they turned me away because I was late. 10 mins. I told the receptionist to note that we will NEVER book an appointment with Dr Sukhmani Bhullar again. I have also contacted all my friends who use this veterinary hospital to not book with this Dr. Worst experience. I do not recommend this vet.

I started doing research on vets because my previous place was no longer taking appointments and charging for walk ins (made no sense). This spot was nearby my house and decided to give them a shot with my pets. I love that we can make appoints and they honor them. I don't have to wait hours and the prices are reasonable. I love the vet's bedside manner in comparison to my previous vet clinic. I could tell everyone there really loved their job and our pets. Proud to say that this place is now my new primary vet when my dog gets sick or needs a check up!

Don't take your pet here if you can afford elsewhere. I brought up concerns about my dog sloppy sitting even though he's an adult. They asked me for photos -- since they don't examine the pet with you in the room. They take them to the back. They said "he shouldn't be sitting like that but it's not an issue until he starts limping and showing signs of pain" No explanation for what it could be. They advised that x rays would be too expensive yet didn't tell me the price of x rays. They basically said "ignore the (possible joint) issue until it's unbearably painful for your dog" clearly if he's sloppy sitting, he's already uncomfortable. They also just went the treatment route for his allergies by giving him the cytopoint shot. Now at my new vet, they don't pressure me to do tests but they're very thorough about my options. The new vet gave preventive advice like joint supplements regarding his sloppy sitting and they also offered me to try a special diet for his allergies. My pup is also my first dog and I adopted him w a bad ear infection. They just advised not to get his head wet but didn't tell me to prevent him from scratching his ears or shaking the medicine out. So he needed a second dose two weeks later--when I asked if he should be in a cone or an ear flap holder they said "oh only if he's causing trauma to his ear"-- so I took the initiative to put the ear flap wrap on him myself and he finally healed. I often messaged their portal, no response. They didn't have record of what doctor I'd seen or of requests I made over the phone. The notes didn't exist. Also, I switched vets 2 months ago and this hospital has never sent my dogs records despite multiple attempts from the new vet. I will have to acquire them myself and transfer to the new hospital.

After my horrible experience with South Bay Vet, this place is my go-to vet! They give you the REAL price on antibiotics and genuinely care that your furry friend feels better. Will come here again all the time, wonderful service and very knowledgeable specialists. I trust them 100% everytime with getting my dogs health checked up every year. Thank you!

Everyone is very nice! Staff , Doctors Very patience, the clinic is clean! Prices are reasonable. I bring my dog & 4 cats I absolutely trust them. I Recommend them ?!!

We used to like this place but lately it seems like they're understaffed from a veterinary standpoint which has impacted the care our pups have received. For example, it took them 1 weeks to get back to us about my dog's labs. Her condition deteriorated in that time that we had to put her down before they even called us. With our other dog, we called to ask for a copy of the RX for flea medicine and it took them 3 days to get to the doctor to fill it out and send it. In both instances, I was told the delay was because the doctor was out a few days or busy. Sounds like they need more vets and backup when the vet is out. Its just really frustrating that you pay so much money for their labs and services and there is no sense of urgency on their end for the health of your pet.
