Ice maker caught on fire ? the first week it was installed new. Blue air and pioneer sales refuses to replace it. The technician said to stay away from anything blue air makes. He said low quality parts and everything breaks.

The commercial blue air ice machine we bought from pioneer had caught on fire the first week it was installed. Blue air tried to fix it 4 times until the technician said to tell them it could not be fixed and everything was burnt. Blue air refuses to send us a new one and will not refund us our Money. We have to take legal action.

TOO BAD THERE IS NOT A ZERO UNCRATED THE UNIT , HAD 4 COUNT THEM 4 PROBLEMS WITH UNIT. AFTER CONTACTING SELLER THEY STATED I NEEDED TO CONTACT BLUE AIR FOR WARRANTY !!! I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME ANOTHER UNIT. THEY REFUSED. MANATOWAC IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO I BELIEVE. FIXING TO REVERSE CREDIT CARD CHARGE

Nice product but extremely hard to contact. I have error codes that is not in the manual, and not online. I've been trying to reach them for two week to no avail. They're always closed.

I'm so surprised that blue air has no reviews because we purchased an icemaker for a business that was leaking and normally a company, in our vent experience with other companies, we at times dealt with sweat the customer (us) - or try fix in the unit first with perhaps failed attempts and then we're down in this case our ice machine without any ice. We called and the tech came out the same day to assess the machine and the next day they just gave us a new machine installed it very professionally took the old one away. No hassle no haggling no this or that no finger-pointing that I was by looking forward to or would normally get from another company. (Apology but im somewhat effected from past experience with companies backing their product). So refreshing and super appreciated by us we will definitely use them again and would recommend them for sure to anyone.
