My family member walks at least 12,000 steps or more daily. He bagan using his regular New Balance shoes until he can find a perfect pair of work boots. So therefore after my chiropractor appointment I decided to Yelp the closet big 5 near me. Low and behold it was 6 minutes away arrived 6 minutes after 10. Plenty parking as big size lot. I walked in carrying my family members pair of shoes. I asked who do I speak with and can you please call him I'd like 2 pairs of shoes like these. Lol me waving the shoes in the air. Gebi was called and what a great fella he went to the back brought me the shoes and also showed me a hiking pair of shoes picked those up as well. One of the reason I prefer to walk in once a business is open some of us just may get that assistance and quick service on top of that buy a little extra just as I did. I highly appreciate Gebi's for taking the time to answer all my questions and his awesomeness

They have a good amount of stock, found what I couldn't in other stores in more visible areas. The store is clean and organized, staff was friendly. Plenty of parking.

Lady took my order over the phone and found my boots size. She had them ready at the register, and when I arrived at the store, it was easy to paid I also found parking fast.

I love that every time I go in this store I always find what I need and for some reason they don't have what I need they all another so I don't have to be look around at all the other stores
