Bank of America sells saving bonds but no one in the Gardena store knew how to cash them it’s unacceptable to sell a merchandise and not even the manager knew about the merchandise how do you work at a financial center and not know about all your products!!! Sad and pathetic ???

The branch manager Yessica D. and banker Alfredo N. took care of a HUGE business banking headache in amazing time! It is hard to find good bankers these days, and both Yessica and Alfredo went above and beyond. Thank you

One star is the lowest rating I can possibly give. Customer service is lost among the associates that work here. No one greets anyone in this location. This bank has the worst wait time from any other bank branch that I have banked at. The only reason I come to this bank is for my job. The business line is a joke. I have been waiting in line for 25 minutes and I have observed several customers come and go in the regular line. If possible avoid this branch.

There a white Nissan maxima outside of there at all times trying to sell MacBooks and fake stuff dressed up as fed ex drivers. Don’t buy stuff because my mom really believed it and she got scammed for 300 dollars.

When writing my first review I have this institution 5 stars. Well, little did I know that weeks later I would have to update my review to two starts. Apparently just like the previous two B of A's I had frequented this representative also had no clue as to what she was doing. So, all the paperwork (well most) had been improperly and did the third time I was sent back to square one. Because this matter is about my mom's death it's difficult for me to repeatedly talk about the situation. I will just say, that when it comes to closing out my mom's last affairs , Bank of America had been the absolute worst to deal with. Now , I do have to add that after Tweeting about this issue I was contacted by a supervisor who is handing the case. I pray that we finally get this right, so I can put all my mom's affairs to an end. I'm giving it two starts because the associates were nice and thought they were being helpful

The all ONLY females Bank of America in this location are idiots. No one there has a clue in what there doing. I ask a simple bank question & they don't know lol you are better going to another BofA location.

No tellers 0 tellers, everyone was getting told there were no tellers at the moment. When have you seen a bank with no tellers!?! Today! LolEveryone arriving was told to use the atm machines. We need people too not just machines. Machines can’t fix everything.

If I could give a zero or negative review, I would. This one star is even undeserving. I waited for over an hour before I got called. I even slept. Granted this was a walk in because I thought it was a transaction that did not require an appointment. When I finally got called, I was relieved thatthe transaction was so quick. I got my receipt and left, trusting that the associate who attended to me confidently had done everything he was supposed to do. 5 hours later the recipient never received the wire transfer so I called customer service. I was told that there was no wire transfer showing on their system. WHAT?! I was dumbfounded. I couldn't believe my ears. This was a time depended transaction that needed to be completed today after wasting my time in the bank, the worse part is that I have to wait until Monday to verify what happened. I'm absolutely disappointed in B of A's service. You guys need to do better and train your associates to well.
