When writing my first review I have this institution 5 stars. Well, little did I know that weeks later I would have to update my review to two starts. Apparently just like the previous two B of A's I had frequented this representative also had no clue as to what she was doing. So, all the paperwork (well most) had been improperly and did the third time I was sent back to square one. Because this matter is about my mom's death it's difficult for me to repeatedly talk about the situation. I will just say, that when it comes to closing out my mom's last affairs , Bank of America had been the absolute worst to deal with. Now , I do have to add that after Tweeting about this issue I was contacted by a supervisor who is handing the case. I pray that we finally get this right, so I can put all my mom's affairs to an end. I'm giving it two starts because the associates were nice and thought they were being helpful

Don't expect enough bank staff to service your banking needs. This bank is understaffed and usually busy. I have to make a damn appt for anything other than basic bank services. While waiting for an appt my elderly mother couldn't even sit down as their low seat chairs don't accommodate the disabled or elderly. Now that I'm here for my appt I can't complete my transaction because the previous agent did not adequately prepare me for their required documentation and they knew what I was coming in here for. Their customer service is really bad. They couldn't do any worse. Negative zero stars.

By far the worst BANK I have ever been too. There EXTREMELY SLOW and some of the employees there are RUDE, like the employee Had to wait over 45minutes in line to get to a bank teller and then when you get there they give you attitude.

If I could give zero stars I would. It says they are open from 10 am to 1pm and they aren't open at all or don't want to open. I called to ask if they were open and someone picked up and hung up on me. Very unprofessional I needed to make a deposit for my business. Terrible service and I hope corporate finds out about this terrible bank.

This is the most go horrible bank in America !!! They're extremely slow all the time . They never have more than one teller, and if they two they're doing paperwork while the line is wrapped around the bank . There is little to no customer service . It sucks because it services such a big demographics but the amount of time you stand in line you would do better driving to gardena .

I hate coming to this Bank of America! Always packed and there are never enough tellers! Why is that? There's times where I've been standing in line for more then 20 minutes sometimes even 30! This is ridiculous! Don't bother coming here during rush hour because it's endless!

This BOA has to be the worst!!! The lines are always long no matter what day you come in. They have 7 teller stations but on any given day you will only find 2-3 working. However they will have 5-7 "client service rep" ( the people that sit at a desk in the back waiting for you to open a new account) just there waiting. Oooh I get it - you will invest into new employees to take my money (open a new account) but now into teller aka allow me to make withdrawals. I only come to this BOA because I am disable and it's lose to home. I've had it!!! I'm done with guys!!! Please save yourself a headache and go elsewhere

My father and I went to this establishment and he just had knee surgery was on crutches and neither the teller nor the assisting teller asked him if he needed a seat nor did they ask him if he could be assisted at a handicap teller window. There was a little bare foot child running around the establishment I would have thought someone would have informed the mother to get a better handle on her child instead she was running around bumping into incoming customers and leaving customers The only person that was helpful was the security guard who opened the door for my father going in and coming out god bless him. We will not be returning this Bank of America we will find one in another area where they're more professional.

This is still one of The worst Branches. Why are there only 2 tellers working here on a regular basis. I absolutely hate coming into the bank and especially to this one. This branch has customers waiting in line for 15-30 minutes for basic transactions. Please do better!

I have to agree the lines were long and forming before the branch even opened but my banker Bryant was so polite and knowledgeable it made it worth it . He didn't rush me and answered all my questions, even helped me figure out the app on my phone . I recommend banking with Bryant if you do go to this branch .

I took longer to meet a teller than getting my car registered at the DMV!! The bank has its priorities when there are only two tellers but more employees on the desks just staring at their monitors. When the DMV is more efficient than a private business there is a problem!
