Definitely these young people have to learn to treat their customers, taking into account that there are three, there is one of them who has an absurdly arrogant attitude, since all the time he asked questions about the answer he needed, it was as if he simply didn’t care about anything I was asking him. The place is organized, clean and pleasant and you can even probably get your answer here (which was NOT the case in my case), but believe me, you will NOT receive good attention, I am sure of that.

They sold us a transmission that lasted only a week and a half. And now they are saying there's no warranty. Stop stealing hard working people's money. $1,400 that lasted only a week. Will file a complaint to consumers affairs. THIEVES!!!

After two years of working with them we were humiliated as customers, we bought a hybrid battery for Toyota Highlander for $700, the battery was completely dead and could not be revived, they refused to refund us or exchange for another good battery. Just imagine! We are a repair shop constantly ordering spare parts from them and they did this to us. We would not recommend other people to buy spare parts here, there is a very high risk that you will be deceived. Our experience with them is very sad.

I would not come her again. after they gave me the wrong part they wouldn’t even return my money but only offered store credit on something that was 700 dollars so I asked for the original part I wanted and they said after all they didn’t have it don’t come here
