Would give this location zero stars if possible. Long lines, extremely long wait times, and indifferent customers sevice. There was one person on the Register with a line of 10 or more customers. Initially there were 5 staff but as the line grew the staff disappeared. I guess everyone went on break/Lunch at the same time and left only one person on duty? If you are only purchasing you can use the self check out but the staff failed to let customers know. If you have an online order pick up dont expect to get a pick up email and you will also have get in the long line to pick up you purchase. The computer systems are also extremely slooowww. Will not be back. Management should address the issues. If you like waiting shop herr.

I paid the extra money for an OEM camp position sensor, this store ships it in a non-padded envelope, sensors should be shipped in a box with sufficient padding. I'm not even going to bother to install this. This is either intentional or lack of common sense. The fact that they're shipping any parts like this is ridiculous.

Not all the employees are bad at this location. However Isaiah is horrible my windshield wiperblade was broke. I drove there paranoid in the storm tonight and he was beyond rude to me. I pray I never have go to that location again. I plan on contacting the district manager due to the treatment i recieved tonight. And too add insult to injury he is black and so am I. Hurts

They have great customer service! The employee (Cristian F) was very skilled and also able to explain a lot of things to us when he was changing my car battery. He was also extremely kind.He made this experience stress free

They have plenty of parts in stock out of all other stores in the area.But the trade-off is that they are extremely slow and understaffed .Time moves very slow at this location. The phone is ringing with no employee in sight.

Worst customer service ever, it seemed like if I was dealing with a street gangster, he needs to know he's job it's to have great customer service. Not to be rude!! asked for a part and got the rudest customer service ever, wouldn't bring any business to this auto zone EVER again. If you want to feel uncomfortable be my guest.

I love the fact that it closes at midnight. Nice people; friendly neighborhood. The employee with the ring in her lip was nice and helpful

Usually have what you need , good staff . Good selection custom orders come quick if you get your part ordered early in the day maybe same day some cases .. good value my go to for my classic car needs

I never go on reviews, but this place was so horrible, I had to warn people. Zero customer service. I asked one question he looked at me like I was crazy (dude with dreads). The other workers had no idea, what I was talking about (wheel spacers). Finally when it was time to check out, they were all hanging out, talking and laughing with each other and told me to use self check out. Save your time. Go somewhere else.
