Lizbeth (store associate) was very helpful and patient with assisting me with my phone matters. This is my favorite AT& T store, in the South Bay Area by far, everyone here is so warm and welcoming. I started my new service here with AT&T, and Lizbeth understood the depth of my situation with activating my phone service with another line. She executed everything well and I am a satisfied customer :).

This store has awful customer service. I came into the store to ask some questions about my iPhone. I was having SIM card/internet connection issues. They seemed frustrated that I walked in. The entire interaction was highly uncomfortable. They refused to look at my phone or my account to help me figure out what was happening. They told me to just buy a new phone. They were dismissive and condescending. I was pretty surprised since i don't often run into genuinely terrible customer service like that. Eventually my problem was fixed by a ATT online rep who found out my account had been "frozen" because of some kind of technical error in their system. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. They don't want you coming in here and they make it pretty obvious.

This is by far the best service I've ever received from a mobile service provider. Manny took customer service to another level. Long story short someone from another store messed up my order and there are some important info I can't retrieve. Manny stayed on the phone for me for more than an hour and he really understood my frustration so made me felt like he's on my side.I will definitely visit this store only from now on. (Special shout out to Nancy!)Thank you guys so much for the help, it's very rare to receive this kind of service nowadays.

There's this guy that works there that is the rudest I have ever seen . He's medium height Latino . I don't know why he's still there . He acts like the customers are in his way . All he wants is to be on his personal phone . He's nasty rude combative and passive aggressive . At& t management I hope you see this . Please don't ever go there !

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I went in asking to upgrade my phone on a 2yr plan, left after being mislead with a NEXT plan. I went to refund everything a few days later when I fully realized what was wrong, and they "couldn't" return my trades-in phone. Avoid any AUTHORIZED DEALER stores, the workers can be purposefully trained in a predatory way and make promises they can't keep. Only go to CORPORATE STORES, there the workers are trained correctly and will at least give you facts.

Walked in for some help on my Galaxy S21 and was told i needed to go to Samsung help center. At the time I was having a problem with my messenger app and unable to get a notice on my screen regarding making my app the primary app There was no one in the store except for two employees and without looking at my phone started on Apple phone. Got to Bestbuy and the Samsung rep went through a couple of screens and corrected the problem. Very disappointed with the AT&T rep and store. They prefer nothing to do than helping a AT&T customer. They should shut that store down.They are not customer focused.

I was never in this store and this was a fraudulent transaction, I was able to resolve with ATT fraud department; but it took 4 hours of my saturdayObviously, this ATT store dose not do there do diligence before selling a phone. Do not go to this store, if you don't want your identity compromised.

Great customer service at this location.The other store in Gardena, the little manager there didn't even wanted to help us because we had a old phone
