Oh my gosh aldi is amazing, the prices are decent, and the quality of their meats, vegetables, ice cream and snacks are terrific, if you're into keto then aldi is the place to go. Their customer service is friendly, kind, and helpful, they also sell items like rugs, dishes, a bunch of miscellaneous items that you may need, like electric heaters, cooling fans, there's so much I can't name them all, while everyone else is raising prices aldi stays ahead of the game by sticking to low prices and great quality.

Love the convenience of this store, we go here at least 3 or more times per week. The product selection is getting better as well. Clerks are friendly and always working hard to keep the lines moving.

Aldi lost a customer today, thanks to Derrick. I came to this location after the horror of trying to shop at the Century location, where the lines are always long, and 1 or 2 cashiers are working. Mind you, at the Century location, the customers get in line by the register. The pandemic is over, yet for some reason, this location expects customers to get in one line and wait to be called. Ok, cool. But no sign says this. So I get in derricks line.... When I get to his register, he proceeds to begin scolding me like a child, saying how there is one line for customers that I should have gotten into and waited to be called... Derrick then told me he could have sent me to the back of the line if he wanted to, and that's why everyone is giving me dirty looks. Luckily, I was in a calm mood, or else I would've left my 100 dollars worth of groceries on his belt and told him to put them back if that's the case.I then asked Derrick how I was suppose to know this if there was no sign. Crickets... Maybe this location expects its customers to be physic. Nonetheless, Aldi won't get another dime from me after today. Between the frustration at the Century location and the experience at this location, I'd rather just spend my money elsewhere. On the phone with Aldi corporate as I type this. Maybe they can offer Derrick a little more customer service training and, whoever the manager is, a training on leadership and customer-wide communication.

Terrible service of the cashier level they claim they are not packers when I help you pack they just throw your stuff on the basket as soon as I can without any concern or care for you or the items that you could just purchase they want to get you out of there as soon as possible

Not a bad place. Only thing is that it's a different super market culture. Not normal, not bad, but more normal. For example, you need a quarter to rent a shopping cart, and there is only one line for all checkstands. You see all that is not bad, but the line pretty much blocks the entire center aisle, so if you want to look at stuff in that aisle you best wait to get in line because there are always people standing there. The shopping cart isn't so bad, if you don't have a quarter, they let you borrow one. It keeps the parking lot clean. Great prices but limited selections. For example the wife sent me to buy a clear dish soap and all they had was green yellow and blue.

If you've never been to an ALDI in Europe, it's basically the exact same look and feel as its American counterparts. However, they definitely cater to the American shopping habits with a lot more variety and selections. You even have to deposit a quarter to borrow a shopping cart, but get that deposit back if you return the shopping cart to its home base. Prices are okay, not the most expensive but definitely not the cheapest either. If you live in Gardena, come give ALDI a look. Who knows, you might find some hidden gems.

The most irritating part at any Market or any store is when you have to look for someone for long to Simply ask a question and then when you ask a question they kind of have an automatic answer no we don't have it they don't even take the effort to look for it they just go for the short answer
