It would be nicer if they had regular hours or holiday hours and stayed open later for people/uber drivers and consumers. We can't always do our shopping before 10pm. Vons/Albertsons should stay open till 12am or 2 am at least. It's a real inconvenience. I mean doesn't the owner want to make more revenue too? You're losing alot of profit

#rawchicken I use to recommend this store for the chicken wings. I went there a few weeks ago on a Sunday , the light was dim over the deli. Which made the area look dirty and unkept(mistake #1)The staff appears to be new with no personality. I asked for 3lbs of wings. There was five sitting out. The young man acted like the didn't want to go get the cook to make the 3lbs of wings. When he did, he went into the freezer and out comes this older gentleman- that walked extremely slow. I didn't see him wash his hands, but I continued with the order(mistake # 2). I was told to come back in 15 minutes. I went to my car to get cash to buy Girl Scout cookies(less than 5-7 minutes). When I came back the cashier had put the wings out for purchase. He bagged my chicken and off I went. When I got home (maybe 15 minutes away), I opened the bag and saw that some of the wings were stuck together-when I broke them apart, they were raw on one side. I tried to call the store Sunday and Monday,but was left on hold for several minutes. I will NEVER go back.

If you like to shop early, be advised that they no longer have live cashiers until 8am. The self-checkout is okay for a few items, but almost always takes longer than an experienced cashier, and ALWAYS takes longer when you have produce. This is a bad move and obviously not made in the customers' interest. This had been my preferred market for more than 20 years.

This is a great location for this store. It’s inside a huge center with a huge parking lot. The lights around area is bright and there are a lot of parking spaces.

Do not use this store for delivery! I've used them twice. The first time I was missing things and the artichoke they gave me was close to dead. If I saw it in the store, I just wouldn't have bought it. The online manager AT the store refunded my money but it takes 3-5 business days. Today they didn't have half my stuff and they substituted it but gave me less than the number I ordered and they were far from what I ordered. The online system also had a glitch. When I called the 877 customer service number, they said they can't refund my sales tax but I could take the items back to the store and they would refund my taxes. How can you refund something you never received to get your taxes back? This is so wrong. Fo I need to contact the Franchise Tax Board? I also have to wait 3-5 days for the items I didn't receive. They take your money and don't want to return it when it's their fault. Use Vons. At least I received all my items and produce was in great shape. I might have to switch to another chain for delivery. This store is terrible! Delivery was great. He even put my water in the garage.

Albertsons is always a friendly atmosphere. They have great specials especially in the app. Fresh or steamed shrimp is delicious and a good value along with reasonable meat prices and selection. Thumbs up.

It's okay. I went their twice this week for some kosher salt. Don't feel bad, Albert. I've looked for it for about 3 months now. No one has it. Why? But you did have Xlnt tamales when no one had it. So I guess it's a trade-off at every store.Get it in stock ?
