I absolutely love this place I have lived out of storages for most of my life and this is the best experience I have ever had they don't bug u or give u a time limit like most places they are understanding they treat u like family I cannot express how much this place means to me it might be in a weird area but I absolutely love the ppl and I've had 0 problems

Alamo has an excellent storage site with properly maintained, well-lit hallways and the best prices within an hour of us in West LA. We're moving most of our things out into our new home but don't want to let go of the storage unit since it's such a good price and so convenient. The staff is also wonderful! All of them are so sweet and helpful!

Not only is this a great facility (clean, spacious, great prices, etc.) but the people here are incredible! The woman working the desk was very personable. She made signing my storage contract super easy and clearly explained how to get insurance for my unit (which is optional). The manager, Eduardo, is honestly the most helpful person I've ever met. I was moving out of my apartment, dropping my things off at storage and catching a flight all in one day. So, you can imagine my anxiety when I packed everything into my unit except my couch which wouldn't fit. Eduardo graciously stored my couch (for free) in an empty unit and said it was OK to stay there until a bigger unit became available at which point he offered to help switch all my stuff over. I ended up moving out of the unit and having my items shipped to me less than a month later for reasons unrelated to my storage. Yet, Eduardo still didn't even charge me for storing my couch. I'm not saying you'll get over on the people that are at Alamo. I'm not promising they'll give you things for free either. But, you can rest easy that they care about you and your things and you'll get really great service!Thanks so much Eduardo. You are amazing.

The lady is real nice and real helpful. Then man on the other hand -- he's the one with the attitude. Harassing and nosy! You pay for a cheap storage unit but it doesn't give the staff the right to go thru people's belongings just because of their spiritual faith. Prices are cheap though.

This storage has people living in the units hiding . Very Rude & Expects to pay an extra amount from the monthly fee you have already paid for .
