On December 29,2022 I added a new car to my insurance policy. I paid $438.99 and was told that amount also covered the first month. My payment is always the 10th of each month. When it was time to make my payment for the rest of my cars they were also charging me for the new one again. I was upset because it was supposed to already be covered and now again they were charging me for that month that was supposed to be covered. Later in January we received a letter saying that accurate rate insurance was being bought by another company and that we needed to make three payments of more than $800. I submitted a claim to my bank for the amount of $438 and got it back. Bertha who is the lady that works there called me and let me just say it isn’t the first time I’ve received bad customer service from her. We didn’t get to an agreement because now she was switching up everything she had told me when I added the new car to the policy. In only one month they were asking for more than what my normal payment is. My anger here is how can they not inform you months ahead that they were being bought before charging you your monthly payment and then wanting to charge you more than $800 again the same month. Not only that but not honoring their word with what they had first said. We had agreed on a certain amount for six months and have now lost all this money because I left this insurance in February and never even received the six months we had said. Along with the bank claim I had submitted which I also lost my money . I’d think they’d treat their loyal customers better after being with them for more than 8 year's. I wouldn’t recommend getting your insurance with them.

I was referred to Accurate rate insurance by a friend of mine. To give Julie a call, for all my car insurance needs. Gave Julie a call on a Monday morning while sitting in traffic. Gave her all my drivers,cars,information. She found me the best price for car insurance, that wasnt going to put a dent in my wallet. She also found me classic car insurance threw Hagerty. I was very impressed. Julie was very professional, excellent customer service. I wouldn't go elsewhere. Easy over the phone payments. Thank you Accurate rate insurance. ??

I was shopping around for car insurance for a couple days, till I came across with Accurate Rate Insurance Services.I was working with Julie. She was so nice and very helpful. When my daughter received her driver's license, Julie was "on top of it" researching what will be the best price quote for my daughter as she would be a new driver. She presented several insurance options for my daughter and as a family with multiple vehicles. She suggested the BEST rate in her opinion and it saved us $$. Terrible costumer service, always a problem to get Julie on the phone or to make a payment and then I'd get charged for being late $20. They switched my insurance to something cheaper but they never canceled what I had on time like they should so I was charged extra because they didn't cancel it when they should have and then it's my fault and now I have to pay all these fees for things that could be avoided with profesionals doing their job right.

They recently had a change of management and the customer service is not the same. Even the van that sits in the front is now filthy and has flat tires.
