Very nice staff , remembers regular customers. Patient with my friend, who is disabled. The kids meals are a good deal for adults who aren't super hungry.I had trouble with the automated beverage machine

This location is quite a busy one. Ordered 2 combo meals through the kiosk and the order was filled within a timely manner. The crew working seems a bit stressed, but they're as friendly as can be expected under the pressure they're working under.

Right away I noticed the woman with red hair wasn’t the most friendly. I wanted to ask if they could unlock or turn on the water/soda machine & she said it’s off so cannot but can offer a water cup. I said no bc I want to fill my own water bottle & not waste a cup. A few minutes later, I asked another question about when the dining room closes, since it was around 11pm and usually fast food restaurants close their dining room early so I was surprised and wanted to know. She sort of exasperatingly said I don’t know, ask him, pointing to the manager sitting in the dining room. Finally I had to interact w her again at the end of my meal when I needed to wash my hands & she coldly said I can’t give you the code but I can open it.I wish the service was a little friendlier.I was pleased with my food coming out correctly with my customized Dave’s single though. And the other female worker was more kind with providing me a ghost pepper ranch sauce & remarking that it’s good after I chose it.For the atmosphere, it was too bright for my liking, a little wasteful of electricity if you ask me. I surprisingly liked the country music selection that played. They did remodel I’m guessing by how new the dining area looked. I do like the wooden aesthetic.

Night shift workers HAVE to be improved. We came come home just to find out our order was messed up, we called and went to pick up what was left of it only to get HALF of our order. We spent exactly 40$, and in repayment, we got nothing. Wendy's, please hire people who can actually do their job.
