I want to extend my thanks to Wells Fargo on Chapman (in Garden Grove). CLEMEMTE "took care of me" (last week). I had several different transactions to be made and CLEMENTE handled them pleasant and professionally. I appreciated it!

Takes 30-45 min for simple transactions because the lines are always long. Several workers see the lines and just walk by without helping or greeting customers. Everyone in line has some drama they need to tell the teller about. Tellers walk away from their window after each transaction slowing thongs. Again today 11/6, one teller 15 people in line.

Why is this place all of a sudden closed on a Saturday, Wells Fargo is just another fractional Reserve Bank that's going to go under in less than 6 months, withdraw your money now! Find a safe place to put it, don't get caught in the FED now cbdc system of control.

Horrible customer service tried to open an account told I would have to wait or make a appointment there was no one in the bank but me desks filled with workers but unfortunately no one wanted to work today. Very sad to see everyone just sitting looking clueless. This location can definitely lay some people off. I felt like they were playing a joke on me was literally the only person there. I felt like they were mad that someone even came in. People if you hate your jobs that much get new ones that was ridiculous.

Not friendly or helpful at all - never experienced this from a bank before . Told me sorry nobody can help you make an appointment but did not offer to make appointment for me or how to make appointment Been banking here a long time but will be leaving at my soonest opportunity

Absolute garbage. This location is by far the worse branch I have ever visited. They always seem to be short staffed while the manager sits there on the computer doing nothing but look at the 20 plus customers they have waiting inline while 1 teller is working. Never have I waited less than 20 minutes inside just for a simple withdraw.
