Walmart Supercenter offers a convenient online grocery service with free pickup and same-day delivery for Walmart+ members, featuring the same low in-store prices. Customers can order fresh groceries, including organic produce, with a Freshness Guarantee. Associates hand-pick items, and orders are brought to the customer's car for loading. The app allows for easy scheduling and check-in. However, the store often has long checkout lines due to insufficient open cashier lanes. While self-checkout for 15 items or less is available, the removal of price check scanners and frequent out-of-stock items can frustrate shoppers. Despite this, staff are noted for being attentive and helpful. In one instance, a manager provided excellent customer service by assisting a customer with locating a product and applying a significant discount for a slightly damaged box. The store accepts SNAP EBT cards.
I just want to say that Hope in the Vision center was amazing. My Glasses where really bent up and she took her time reshaping them back to life. Amazing customer service. Thank you Hope

They don't keep enough lanes with cashiers open, so the lines are always long. If you're going to do away with self check except for 15 and under items, open more lanes and keep them open.

Everything is under key not a good idea to try to get things early in the morning.
