I have the best experience with Walmart pharmacy. The staff were very nice and very helpful. I called ahead to make sure I got my pills ready for pickup. The manager or lead was very nice and suggested to me to look for coupon for my prescription since it was very costly. I looked and found the coupon and was able to save a lot of money. My experience at the pick up was also very pleasant. The staff were sweet and nice, making it a very good and enjoyable experience. Thank you so much ….??

They need to hire pharmacy techs who are fluent in English. The Asian (probably Vietnamese) one I spoke to was rude, cutting me off and raising her voice in broken English when I asked if she could check other locations online for the medication (similar to other pharmacies like Walgreens or CVS). It was a simple yes or no question but she was combative like I was bothering her. I don’t even know if she understood the question given her limited English. I think it said they record conversations so maybe the manager can listen and have a chat with that employee.

My boyfriend went to kaiser ER had tonsillitis. Went to fill his rx for pain meds and antibiotics. He was told they couldn't fill his rx because he lives in Los Angeles but has an rx from anaheim!!!!! WTF. He's been staying with me, in anaheim for a couple of days. So common fucken sense we passed by garden Grove walmart and said eh why not. Didn't know was ran by idiots. Manager was very rude, we feel.discriminated against. When I asked why they didn't call to verify I was ignored. I need the market manager to contact me immediately and provide better training

I've shopped here for several years since they opened. It's a small Supercenter and they sure deserve more than the 3-star average they have now. What do people want and expect from them? It's Walmart, so usually cheaper and you're not paying for perfect. I don't recall having any problem here in 100 plus visits. They keep the location clean and neat and they try hard. That's worth a lot to me. They have always gone the extra distance when I needed. They can give personal attention at times. I'll give them 5 stars to bump up their average.

Me and my husband are regulars here for about a couple of years... getting our Rx refilled was never a problem... Even for emergency meds wait time would b an average of 10 mins... Most of the time there's no line... very important (for me at least) the staff are very friendly and helpful... pharmacist would answer every single question u have for a new medication... oh and they r also keeping us up to date with our vaccines..

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This Walmart is where My boyfriend and I usually go to buy insulin + syringes for my dog ONLY because it's the closest to my house. We've been buying insulin and syringes for the past year here and usually don't run into any problems. However, there's always this man, TUAN NGUYEN, who always gives us problems because he wants us to bring a prescription. INSULIN IS NOT A PRESCRIBED DRUG. We've been to other Walmarts and asked them specifically what the policy is and they tell us the same thing, "As long as you guys show a little proof that you use insulin, we can sell to you guys". He is not even the manager and his manager ALWAYS sells us a box of syringes. We even brought a paper that states that we give our dog 15 units a day. I'm going to be honest, We caused a scene because this man pissed us off. He gave me attitude right when we asked about syringes and he was being very condescending towards us. He proceeded to call the manager of Walmart NOT the manager of the pharmacy and she tried to tell us the same thing. This is the ONLY Walmart that gives us problems. We had to drive to the Walmart on beach and chapman to get a box of syringes for 12.58. They gave us no problems and we asked them again, what is the policy and was given the same answer, "AS LONG AS YOU SHOW A LITTLE PROOF, WE CAN SELL TO YOU." I usually don't write reviews but I have never been this pissed off.
