The pharmacy staff is rude and clueless at the same time. When I call I get put on hold for at least 1 hour. When I showed up with 2 manufacturers rebates they couldn’t figure it out and didn’t care to try. Took me 45 min to get 1 manufacturers rebate and gave up before the 2nd one could be figured out. Lost $80 because of this.

Terrible service, done waste you're time coming here. The pharmacy doesn't care about you, your medication or your time.
They say medication is ready at a certain time, it never is and you have to wait another hour for "pickup" medication because they never fill it when they say they will.

This Walgreen is the worst! They don’t have enough staff working. I was standing in line for 40 minutes just for them to be called and I have an appointment. What is the point of making an appointment and have to wait 40 minutes in line? I don’t get it ?

If possible, this would be -10 stars. I went inside as the drive-through was very long. My plan was if inside was crowded I would come back another day. There was nobody at the counter, I walked right up feeling confident I'd be out in just a few minutes. SOOOO WRONG!! The young man at the drive-thru was obviously very busy. THREE employees standing to the right TOTALLY ignored me!! After almost 5 minutes, making eye contact with all three, one told me "we'll be right with you". As they continued to stand there talking, I realized they were discussing scheduling!! Ummm, what?!! Why is that more important than a customer/patient??!! After another 5 minutes (during which time they all saw me still standing there), I asked if someone could help me as I had to get to work. The pharmacist told me I could come back later if I was in a hurry!! Umm, WOW! No, I'm on my way to work and I will not be available till Monday or Tuesday. Which means daily phone calls from them reminding me to pick up the prescription. The pharmacist informed me "one of them is on break and we have something to discuss". WOW, again!! Scheduling discussion continued, one person stepped back between the shelves so she couldn't be seen, yet they all continued to discuss who could work, how many would be on shift, etc ..., yes, I was becoming visibly agitated! By this time, there are 3 or 4 people waiting behind me. The "hiding" assistant walked out, the one on break, I'm guessing. The other two ignored me, still. Finally the pharmacist told the other person "just go help her"!! What the ....??!! No apologies, nothing! Unreal!! With what is left of the prescription, now the 90 day refill, I'm looking for another pharmacy! Totally ridiculous!!

Do not do delivery. I've waited over 2 hours now to get my items "delivered".. they changed my order to the next day at 10 a.m. super upset, called 3 times only for employees to keep me on hold each time and hang up on me at the end.

Zero stars, not really seruprised from the rating for this location, really bad service ?, hire someone who has the passion to work, not a rude people who just want to get paid for doing nothing.

Menager Fernando didn't want give me my money back.
I had recite with me.He called me rude when I get frustrated.
I'm local so to me was important support that store.

Will never come here again for a prescription. The employees are rude, careless of time, and extremely negligent. Everytime i call, they place me on hold for about fifteen minutes, and then hang up. I’ve been waiting on my prescription for almost two months and they give me short “there’s no way to know” answers on when it can be refilled. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to.

I wasted my whole lunch hour to not get a vaccine I had an appoint for. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 11 o’clock appointment. They only have one line, so vaccine appointments are mixed in with prescription pickups. There was one woman ahead of me standing at that counter. She did not even get spoken to until 11:05! When I finally got spoken to, at 11:10, I was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes to get the shot. My lunch hour was over, so I had to leave without it. The fault was not the woman at the counter. She was working hard. The fault was not enough people plus—if you make appointments, handle them separately from general pickups!!!
