Horrible experience! VIVIANA in the pharmacy department is very rude, no service, no professionalism, and "her" team just turns the eye the other way. DO NOT LET BAD APPLES in professional places like pharmacies. VIVIANA has attitude written all over her face. I would skip this pharmacy as they don't care & take their jobs seriously. COVID definitely brought the best and worse of everyone. I do agree with the recent reviews, they don't seem to know what are they doing.

Got my wisdom teeth removed and was waiting in the chair RIGHT IN FRONT OF the pharmacy for my medication for 3 HOURS. My Anesthetic wore off and I was literally shaking in pain. Pharmacists, Techs all watching me taking deep breaths and grabbing my arms trying to minimize the pain. Called everyone else to pick up their medication but yet I never heard my name. Had to ask a kind older woman waiting in line to see if I can go ahead of her and I had to write it in a note and show her because the pain was UNBEARABLE AT THIS POINT. I go up and showed them my phone. Turns out my medication was ready and had been ready. I go off. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.I have worked in healthcare for 7 years and having a patient wait for their medication when they are in physical debilitating pain is absolutely unacceptable. I dont know what is wrong with the people working at this pharmacy but they literally do not communicate to ANYONE. PATIENTS, COWORKERS, Nobody.I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT WITH THIS LOCATION FOR CAUSING ME UNNECESSARY PAIN THAT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED.There are no DOCTORS that work here, just people pushing pills into bottles to make a buck. They don't give a flying care about you whatsoever and the sad part is they are literally across the street from Kaiser Permanente Hospital. Imagine all the patients that have gone through this. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.

While traveling I realized I had left two important medications at home. I called the pharmacy just before midnight and asked about an emergency refill for a few pills each and they had them ready for me in 20 minutes. The pharmacist working that night was very helpful and friendly. Truly appreciate the quick work they did!

Couldn’t get through the phone to talk to someone for 15 minutes, came for my COVID-19 shot, been drinking lots of water, and their restroom is closed to customers, they said go to Ralph’s!!! Horrible place.

Don’t make your vaccine appointment here. I had my appointment at a Walgreens in Oakland and it was *vastly* different. This place has no idea what they’re doing. Completely confusing and disorienting. Even for me, who’s escorted multiple people to appointments and been myself. Will not return here.

They were an hour late giving me my vaccine. Clerk at check in counter seemed to be completely oblivious of everything going on. These guys are vaccinating probably 5 people a day at this rate.

Horrible service from the pharmacy technician name Michael, he’s threatening, demanding, rude, and unprofessional. Worst service by far from a pharmacy tech.

Had to switch from CVS and hate eveyminute with this place. When a prescription is called in it takes hours before you know anything and they can't even tell you who took the call if anyone took my Dr.s call. CVS always handled everything right away. Very frustrating and only here because of insurance. If I can afford to go back to CVS I will. Checking into it. Hope you all have better luck with this place.

Literally 2 people working the pharmacy... filing prescriptions, working the drive up window, giving flu shots, filing prescriptions at the walk up window. 2 people in front of me, stood in line for 30 minutes for prescriptions called in and ready for pick up! I love standing there with sick people for 30 minutes and no social distancing. 6ft spots on the ground with chairs for waiting 2 ft. from the spots to stand in line on. Flu shots should have their own line... took them forever to fill out paperwork! Changing to Target or CVS for my meds.

First time visiting this location for the pharmacy section. I stopped on by last Saturday it seemed very busy and there was a decent line of customers. However I gotta thank the young lady who helped me out, and Michael for all of his assistance the pharmacy team did a great job under pressure! Michael was very helpful and didn't rush to get me on my way, but offered to answer any of my questions.

The staff show no concern to the customer. They never call you when they say they will. When it comes to them calling your doctor or insurance you can forget it!! They will delay and never do it!! If you want your mess on time and in a professional manner. I truly suggest that you go somewhere else!!!!
