This mechanic is overall rude, disrespectful, environmentally unsafe with open smoking.
VINH auto mechanic prices are above average, in terms of service quality he is below average.
The following are my issues with this mechanic:
1. Unwarranted Smoking
He smokes in front of customers in his shop.
This action is against the law.
2. Loud Obnoxious Music
We waited in the reception area, where he had the volume very very loud.
3. Work order
This mechanic refuses to generate a work order, when a consumer requests one, he says he will write up work order after..which he never does…
this is required by state of California and in violation of California statue.
4. Overtly rude yelling at customers
My direct experience is he tried to yell and humiliate me in front of other customers
5. Overall
This mechanic is the worst human being for the reasons outlined above, for this reason , both myself, friends, family, associates are refusing his service/also a formal legal complaint will be generated for the reasons outlined above.

Mr. Vincent is a scammer he lies about my car problem and try to make me spend money that I don't need. My car did have some problems until I brought to his shop. Please be care of this place.

Fixed my transmission for less than another used car. I have a 2004 Honda Accord with 232,000 mi. The transmission blew up the other day and I did not want to buy another used car since I am cash poor right now. Mr. Vihn installed a used transmission for $2400 (a lot of money but you can't buy a decent used car for under $5,000.) Long story short my Accord was saved and I can keep driving! Thank you Mr. Vihn!!!

Gave me wrong diagnosis for my car. Also tried to charge me nearly triple the price of for the required auto parts. Not to mention the labor for something that literally took less than 10 minutes. I was clueless before but after seeing how I was charged nearly 7x the part price +labor I am never coming back. I had a major repair here a while ago and a few oil changes but after seeing how jacked up some of these prices are it just comes down to deception at this point.

Unable to fix even minor problem. After an oil change, oil leakage happened. I brought back my car to him 3x then he said he needed to change the oil plug for $100 payment. He used 19mm oil plug. Leakage still happened even after few days. I asked opinion from another auto mechanic, according to other mechanics, he should have used a 17 mm size instead of 19 mm that worsened the car condition that lead me to change whole oil pan amounting to $500. Never trust this guy. Every time you bring your car he will always tell you that there is a necessity to replace a part. Please think twice before you let this guy touch your car.

This is a long overdue review but I felt inclined to thank Vinh and his son Vincent for the awesome work they've done on my Tesla Model 3. So far, I've brought in my car for brake service, suspension upgrades (Eibach springs and KW coilovers), master brake cylinder, lower control arm, camber arms, sway bars, end links, carbon fiber body kit, you name it. As long as it's not battery related, Vinh and Vincent can do it. My review is just about their work on Tesla's but I can attest to the workmanship of their other customers like my gf who's had her Camry completely serviced by Vinh's shop. There really isn't anything they don't do... I've even seen an old car from the 50's retrofitted with a mustang motor in here before. Give Vinh a call!

Brought in my hybrid for work and I was sure he was cutting corners charged me 1100 dollars and the transmission blew a week later! And the car had 80k miles on it still new
