PlEASE BEWARE !!!My mom accidentally deleted ( not unistalled) kakao from her phone.She happened to be next door so she went in and he looked at the phone and he sent kakao app to home screen and charges my mom $30. He is a scammer.. everyone beware. He is stealing money from elderly person for his greeddyness.

Only 2 people and the worst part is they are extremely slow. Not efficient and take their sweet time and are slow: I honestly wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. TERRIBLE!!! Don't come here

The place was empty, except one other customer. Came on a Saturday. Only one customer service was onsite. Very helpful and quick. Knowledgeable and kind.

13 Pro Max and the Samsung Galaxy S21. At first, I was hesitant because there was no sample, but the detailed and kind explanation made it possible for my family to be satisfied with the purchase. The old Galaxy was rewarded for using it cleanly. ?

I would highly recommend going to a corporate Verizon store. I wasn't aware there was a difference before coming in to this store to trade in and activate new phones here. 2 stars bc Overall service/ people there were nice while I was in the store but the whole process after our visit ultimately took multiple days and hours of being on the phone with Verizon to undo/fix their mistakes. I never write reviews but am writing this review so other ppl can learn from my experience and avoid the headache. 1. Make sure that when you send in your trade-in that they attach it& process this ( even if you return the phone on another day) with the initial order, I found out later they processed my iPhone for only $290, not $800. The Verizon employee took an hour to undo the whole thing. (Also double check you're signed up for the right plan before signing)2. This might have been an honest mistake but they overcharged me so read over every charge before you sign/give them your card. 3. They will charge you $25 per line for setting up- ready to go service fee whether or not they do the transfer or setting up for you. I did it at home alone, and had an issue with the number port in process that ultimately took another 3 days to resolve and was still charged for $25 fee. ( this is NOT the $35 activation fee that will be on your bill from VERIZON)4. There's a sim fee of $10; ask for the e-sim activation if your phone is iPhone 13 or later. This is free. I only found out bc my phone kept saying no sim detected every other day and the Verizon lady on the phone activated an Esim for me over the phone. 5. The phone chargers they sell aren't Apple (FYI). Just buy it on Amazon or a staples next door. Tip: If there's a rebate(promotion), you have to apply for it separately online within 30 days.Ppl were nice and some of these might have been honest mistakes or (lack of) /miscommunication but the amount of days/hours I spent going back and forth, calling, waiting, and stressing over these issues could have been definitely been avoided. I write this review so that other ppl don't have the same issues--which is why I highly recommend you to read over everything, double check before leaving the store if you choose to go here vs. an actual Verizon corporate store.
