Fraud charges on my Amazon and bank credit card over 500.00 stolen. All the merchandise that was bought and stolen was delivered to this address on 9/19/2024. Illegal and should be purged. Non American scum bags.

This location is also an Access Point for UPS, dropped off few packages here, once they scanned my packages, it updated immediately when I checked the tracking number. They asked me to placed my packages by the front door, I didn't feel comfortable leaving it there since anyone can walked by and take it, but I decided to trust the process. The very next day, package was confirmed picked up by the UPS driver. Only down side with this location, since it's a very small shop, they can only take up to 10 packages per day from me. Also keep in mind, most Access Point packages don't get picked up till the next day unless you drop it off early morning.

Would give this a lower review if I could. They don't have a phone number to contact them with. I went there to pick up a package and they turned me away even though I was there before the closing time. No help and inconsiderate.

This is the vnfone &water. Bad service I go to instore the first time pickup my packet ups delivery already he told me no packet to day delivery. He say may be tomorrow comeback. I don't want this store bad service bad bad bad

My daughter's iPhone 6 Plus fell out of the car and the screen was badly broken. Wasn't planning to replace it until I upgrade mine later this year (and she doesnt like the haptic home button and doesn't want to lose the headphone jack), so we needed the screen replaced. A friend had given me VNFone Repair's number. He's open on Sunday until 2 and said it would only take a half hour or so to fix. For $65 it was good as new afterward. Thanks Peter!

Dude he's great! He fixed my phone and my bfs iphone 5x in one summer because my bf keeps dipping his phone in water. Hes the guy to go to for that!

Peter is my hero. He's fixed two of my broken iPhone screens. His fees are reasonable and he's very quick when he isn't busy with his other clients. I always call/text before I head over to make sure he's there and there isn't a big wait. He checks all features (sensors, cameras, wifi, sound, etc) after repair. And the lady who puts on the screen protectors (separate charge) is a whizz. Don't forget...cash only.

I got the number from Craigslist and wanted to get a shop lined up to handle all IPhone repairs for the company that I am working for. So I just got off the phone with this rude person named Peter? Anyway, long story short, he was combative/defensive right off the bat when I started to ask whether he supports any business clients currently, etc. He said he does a lot of work for the local government, etc but I find it hard to believe. He was questioning me why I am questioning him about what he does in his business. Hello, you are the one with the shop and of course I need to understand about your business practices before using your service. With a bad attitude like this, I can't imagine this place honoring the work for the customers. It doesn't take me to long to locate this business on yelp. It appears that quite a few people have been burned by him before. So I am moving to a different shop for this.

Just got off the phone with this rude a*hole. Needed my Note 5 fixed because I bought a phone that was later reported stolen - yeah yeah I got scammed, but instead of harping on it, I need to fix the problem, hence contacting the business! Instead of answering my questions he kept on going on and on and making me feel more guilty about the situation. Really? You're giving a customer the whole "I told you so" speech like I'm a child? After, he said he'd do it for $120. I asked him why his was more expensive than other places. Instead of answering, again, he starts arguing and won't tell me why it doesn't require rooting etc. and that's it just better because his method isn't "mickey mouse" like other people's. I'm not asking your secret tricks or methods on HOW to do it, but if you're fixing my expensive phone for $120, I deserve to know WHAT you're going to do with it! Fair business means there's a level of transparency and communication. Everyone else I called told me, so clearly I'm not asking the wrong questions. Anyways, this guy has no business sense. If he was able to tell me what he was going to do with the phone in order to fix it and NOT SCOLDED ME, he would have had my business. But, he wanted to shove my nose in my own sh*t like a dog and lost out on $120.

I took my phone to RepairZoom in Irvine near Spectrum (www.repairzoom.com) who charged me $109 to install a REAL APPLE replacement iPhone 5 screen in 40 minutes while I waited and automatically included a 6-month warranty on parts and labor!! When I went to pick up my phone the very friendly, very professional technician at RepairZoom pointed out that Peter had neglected to replace the 2 case screws along the bottom edge AND had removed and not replaced the wiring harness bracket that holds the wiring on the top right of the phone under the screen!! Go to RepairZoom and save yourself the $140, time, energy and frustration you may risk with Peter at VN Fone!
