This is the best UPS store I have been to. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Lisa helped me with printing and Krish helped me with my Live Scan. It was a quick and pleasant experience!

This location provides the absolute BEST costumer service I have received in a long time. I was going on a trip so had ordered lots of things and consequently making lots of returns and every single time I went in I received excellent, friendly, and fast service. One time in particular, the associate went out of her way to help me get the best deal possible and save me money! I needed to buy a box to ship and she went above and beyond and tried different methods and in the end saved me like 9 bucks. I hardly ever leave reviews but I knew I had to leave a review for this UPS because it is so rare these days (sadly) that you receive such great service. I will be going to this location for all of my UPS needs from now on. And as a bonus this location never seems to have a long wait!

Kenny was very polite throughout the whole process of shipping my package, was very informative, and made it an easy transaction. Ive had negative experiences in the past with uncomfortable interactions, so having Kennys help today was a breath of fresh air.

This morning I was in this UPS to return Verizon equipment, the clerk here asked me for a stupid return QR code that doesn’t exist,so I had to go to another UPS location, and it took me less than 30 seconds to get label and return receipt. You better update your system!
