We placed a reservation for a truck one day in advance. Thankfully we did, since the day we showed up we got the last truck and it was being held for us. The manager there Brianna C. is professional and helpful in explaining the process as well as keeping it simple and efficient. Definitely a positive experience, thanks for all the help!

Bree at the location was very friendly, courteous, and helpful but U-Haul in general sucks when it comes to the Maintenace of their trucks. I had to call for roadside assistance for the truck I rented, and they told me the repair guy would be there in 90 minutes. Six hours later the tech finally showed up. He said that he fixed the problem but two hours later I'm having the same issue with the truck. Then I am on the freeway, and I get pulled over by the California Highway Patrol and the officer tells me to make sure that I return the truck and don't drive on the freeway because he said that the rear of the truck was riding down the freeway at an angle which means that the axel is bent. This whole time during the breakdown and all I had three employees with me who I had to pay $180 to sit there and do nothing while we waited for the repair tech. I asked U-Haul to at least give me a free day on a truck, but they refused. They said all they would do is give me an extra six hours to return the truck. When I returned the truck, the clerk told me that my contract would be put on hold and the manager would call me in the morning. No one ever called me. I called the manager today and left a message to return my call, NO ONE ever called me and they charged $342.10 to my credit card when the rental was only $207. I rented a truck from Ryder one time moving my sister across the state and the truck broke down and they refunded me the amount of the entire contract, put me and my two helpers up in a very nice Hotel for the night, paid me for our wages for two days, and about a week later a guy from the corporate office calls me and sends me three certificates for free days on a future truck rental. Just in the last 12 days I have spent $1000+ renting from U-Haul. Ryder knows how to give customer service, U-Haul does not. There were more rental vehicles parked on the lot taking up the limited parking. We pulled into a full lot and waited once we got a spot (after someone left and it was the only handicap spot) we went inside and the store was vacant of customers, I was puzzled as to why the lot was full and no customers left inside?? Employees were kind and polite I would definitely recommend and/or go back for rental needs. Just be prepared to struggle for a parking spot.

Uhauls are normally pretty good with service but not this place. I have came here about 3 times now. The first 2 times I couldn't even get propane. The first time, the excuse was the machine is down. The second time the excuse was its too late in the day even though it was at least 15 minutes before closing. This time today. I spent like 15 minutes standing around. Made it VERY clear I needed propane and received zero acknowledgement until I walked into the office and asked. The person there claimed he is the only person "qualified" to pump propane. As if some special qualification was required. Aside from him there was at least 2 other people "working" next to him. One of them who was looking right at me while I waited outside only to take a number of hits off his vape pen and just walk inside. Lastly when the guy FINALLY came outside he pumped my propane but didnt even purge my tank meaning its gonna run out almost a gallon sooner. Absolutely poor customer service. Will probably not go back there and will encourage others to not do so either if they don't wanna waste their time.

Do not book here if you actually want your uhaul. They do not honor your reservations and instead will tell you to drive 45 minutes out of the way to another uhaul because they don't have the truck you reserved a week before. Customer service is severely lacking.

Five stars for the most amazing manager, and this chick just looks cool and down. Shes the baddest, hottest and most professional manager I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and let me just say she is very smart and she will be 100% fair

I've tried calling multiple times but never get through to this facility. They advertise propane but 1/4 times I was able to get it. All the other times it was "down" or "not working". Can't even call ahead if I tried. Wouldn't recommend.

I had an issue here with them accepting a card because of security reasons and it looks like because I posted a review about it they have now charged the card TWICE after the initial refund out of spite. Not only is it bad customer service but now you're flirting with credit card fraud from malicious employees. I will let the bank make the call and they can explain to them why the card was randomly charged twice a day later. Good luck fellas. Do everything in your power to avoid this place, you have been warned.

This facility has had it's share of challenges recently, with a drive thru after hours unsolicited visit but these troopers still keep on keepin' on with their positive spirits and always helpful ways. This is a hard job with customers throwing different scenarios their way all the time, but irregardless of the circumstances they SUCCEED with flying colors. Thanks guys for always having your customers back with whatever "is" available, as you can't rent what's not there. Then you would be called magicians!!! Always a pleasure to do business here, be patient people, it's called moving, never an easy deal, but these guys have everything you need to move, so thank them and most of all, BE NICE, it's free!!!

Good Service very professional & acommendating the gentleman who helped us was very polite and very cool and god us what we needed to move what we needed & U Haul whole team was very pleasant and went out of there way to help me & my family i would use them again...?

Reservation for a 20 foot truck was made a month in advance. The day before Reservation they informed me the 20' truck was at a location 40 miles away and expected me to pick it up. When I advised that wouldn't work they made no efforts to find a truck. It ended up costing me far more time and money Beware the reservation process with these rude people. Zero concern on their behalf.
