“Needed a jump start on my car today and got Armstrong towing through my Mercury insurance. I did have to wait about 1 hour but it was better than other companies that were offered with a wait time of 1.5 to 2 hours . When I called dispatch to get an Eta , I got through right away and the dispatcher was kind and informative. Anthony , my tow guy , was very friendly and courteous. “Honestly i never write reviews, but this was a must. My car got towed away (i have issues with the property manager) which led me to this place. After reading the reviews i was worried about how i was even gonna get my car back. I got there, talked to the man behind a very tiny slot. Guy was very kind, especially Nathan. Super helpful. I saw the reviews on how it says they are super rude, but I get these guys. You come with attitude i dont see no wrong if they treat you with attitude. Treat others how you want to be treated. Didnt have a hard time at all. Reason why i give it 4 stars is because my front lip on the front bumper of my car was broken. Bummed out about that but understandable since my car is lowered. Happy with the custumer service, and I wouldnt mind if I got my car towed by them and i have to pick it up at their lot.”

“Found Orange Auto Transport on-line and shipped a vehicle cross country and my experience with this company was exceptional from the initial contact throughout the transport. Met with some unfavorable practices by a driver who insisted on a gratuity at the time of delivery and when this was brought up to Orange Transport they immediately reacted to confirm this is NOT required as part of their services and credited my account.
