Sebastian is incredible! Someone give this man a raise and don’t lose him as the valuable employee he is. He was so kind and helpful. It was my first time using a US postal service on my own and I was very intimidated and nervous but he made it so easy, seamless and did not make me feel silly for not knowing what to do. An all around positive experience. If I’m ever back in town I will for sure be coming back here and I sure hope to see his smiling face again :)

Daniel courteous and provided timely help in spite of being short staffed. He provided helpful information explaining charges and delivery dates. I greatly appreciate that information to make my decisions. I would recommend this USPS to anyone looking to do their business in Cypress/GG area Thank you!

Phil and Seabass are the BEST!!! They treat you like they’ve known you forever and actually care! This location is by far the best UPS store I have ever been too!! (And I’ve been to a lot!!) Service 10/10, friendliness 10/10, Patience 10/10!! Everyone here has always been super helpful and happy to talk to! I would drive hours to come here versus going to one walking distance! Thank you for all your help friends!!!

I came in close to closing with a bunch of stuff. I had to get a box, load it and was pretty scattered. I expected whoever was working to be crabby since it was closing time. Then this young man greeted me with a big smile, sparkling eyes and nothing but kind service to help me.His name is Wilson and he’s a treasure..I rarely do these but Wilson deserves the kudos.Good job on hiring this guy.I’m grateful.
