I'm reading these comments and they're mind boggling. I've been going to this Target for 11+ years. Yes the parking is always packed, just like anywhere in a 4 mile radius. The employees make my day. I've never had a bad experience except with one store manager who still works there. Other than that, Jr (Jose), Paxi, Kimberly, Jeremy (starbucks) Alan, make my days so much brighter. Very sweet and helpful employees ☺️.

I have been coming to this target for so many years and never had a problem with customer service. But on Saturday May 25th I was on self check out with my daughters. The machine as usual wasn’t working properly. It ate my money and I asked for help. This employee, I believe her name was Christine or Christina! She was the rudest and so unprofessional the way she handled the situation. She called for assistance and kept ASSUMING THAT I was lying! Like if I was STEELING! The way she spoke to her coworkers about the situation she made it seem like I was lying and steeling! Until finally the security showed up and confirmed that I did put money on the machine! I was furious this girl CHRISTINE made me go through this embarrassment! Calling about 3 of her coworkers and making it seem like I was lying or steeling! Very very very unprofessional!!!!!!! Not cool, inappropriate behavior!

If you're there for an online pick-up order, dont bother going to this store. There will be no parking in the pickup parking spaces. People tend to use them as regular parking spots. The worker and managers there said they can't do anything about it.

I come to this location as it is the closest to me but honestly the service isn’t the best. Today was different I went in quickly for a couple of items for my baby and as I am checking out at self checkout the lady that is working it comes up and starts asking me if I even scanned what I got and basically assuming I am stealing. The self checkout is full yet she is only coming up to me asking me questions and hovering behind me I might like to add I am also the only brown person at the self checkout. She was extremely rude and as someone who knows someone who used to work at target I know they are not allowed to even ask if I scanned my items as it is against policy so i just felt extremely racially profiled and uncomfortable. Target should be teaching its employees better.

There was no one at the customer service station to helping customer. I was standing there for almost 15 minutes without anyone came to helped me. Then I decided to walked to asked the lady employee at the self checkout station to call someone to help me for return and I was waiting for another 15 minutes but no one ever came, so I went back again to the self checkout station and the same lady yelling from far away that she already called someone for me which is very rude and unprofessional behavior the way she interact with customer. So I went back again to the customer service station to wait with no hope and one of the random male employee just walked in from the outside entrance and I stop him and asked fir helped with my return. After I finished with my return item the customer service person still never show up, what a horrible customer service this location manage. It s unusual compare to all the Target locations I ever visit. This location needed a serious fixing for customer service and management.

The employees at the store are amazing. There were a few challenges (parking here is terrible, it’s parallel to the chaos and poor design at the Pacoima/Laurel Canyon store; they inherited a bad parking lot) and they were super helpful even when they had to clock out. They made sure someone was taking care of me and were professional about it. They have the best dollar section of any target store that I’ve been to. I was looking for a specific product in the hair care section and I found it a little creepy, as there were a lot of employees (3-4) clustered around that area, appearing like they were watching the guests who were walking around that section. I don’t know if that’s the store’s protocol or what but it was a little weird. aside from that part of the store I think I got there on a good day and seem like they’re a lot of things on sale it seemed like a lot of fun products were on sale and on clearance.

I don't particularly think it's a good look for employees (carrying their Starbucks apron) to park right in the front of the store and honk at customers for taking too long to load their cars. They should park in employee parking and leave customers alone.

Decent location. They seemed to have everything in stock. This is one for the older locations and they definitely remodeled. The place was pretty clean and our trip went smoothly. Prices are standard to all Targets.

Service was horrible I asked a staff where a dust pan was she was more confused then I was. I was looking at the items and an employee was just staring at me as if I was stealing and followed me around. This target is terrible and very disorganized. Very upsetting that they hire just about anyone and neglect customer service such a disappointment!

I have never felt inspired to give a yelp review for a target employee, but that changes today. Misa really took care of me and I'm so happy that I came into the store. She is helpful, friendly, competent, and needs a promotion. More people like her need to be in management.
