Biggest area for tournaments. Workers there are nice and knowledgeable. Prices are good and under online pricing. They just renovated. Looks nice and cool!!! Always coming back!!!!

My experience with Sugoi has been an excellent one, first being unaware that this shop even existed, second someone on facebook marketplace suggested this place, and thankfully I did. Was greeted in a friendly matter, did not expected some old school games like Final Fantasy XIII, and may put a smile on my face would consider returning here if the time allows me to do so.

Worst place to buy cards what a rip off bought a box of cards and when I went home and opened all the packs were opened and very poorly resealed.. on top of that they refuse to refund me my money..
Responding to owner. I have no clue as to what your referring to. What a joke instead of owner reaching out to try to solve the issue or see who I am he or she decided to comment on something I am not even associated with nice business

I was in look searching for a gundam store nearby when I came across this store. I texted them on instagram to see if they had anything on stock which they did have the RX-78-2. They are fast to respond and great customer service. I won’t forget my trip I made back in June.

Do not buy from this store. They do not honor pre-orders that we’re placed for sealed product. There was a complete disregard for what I rightfully purchased. This is a terribly run business that doesn’t respect its customers- all you have to do is look at the way they have responded to other reviews. Please support other LCS’s instead. Such a shame…
