Been coming here since 1974 checkout clerk no common courtesy to customers waiting in line or acknowledge them. Express lane she is tearing out coupons fetching stuff for customer meanwhile others waiting we are looking at each like really then instead of saying sorry we are short on clerks or sorry for delay no add more conversation to the delay.

Gorgeous female in the service ddrli.she is so cute raspy little voice her hair back in a long braid i wish it wad pig tails but either way i got a little crush so weird. Anyways lovebthecstore as well everyones helpful and happy. li.

I love Stater Bros Market. Many of the items they sell here are literally a dollar less than Vons, per item. That's why I drive an extra three blocks to shop at Stater Bros. They are always fully stocked with good stuff. Their produce is awesome and they're meat department is off the chain. They'll cut your meat and spice it up if you need it. They have a very helpful staff. Rest rooms are clean. The location I go to is in Cypress and it's very nice and well kept. Sometimes I go to Walmart on Beach and Garden Grove Boulevard and I begin to think I'm in an episode of The Walking Dead. Lol. This place is nothing like that. All among the living, here.

My local grocery store. They always have what I need. Staff is always helpful. It is very apparent that customer service is very important to the company. Deli selection always has a great variety. ?

I went in to buy a gift card and flowers and the cashier Aliana went to grab an ad to get a coupon that she thought could be applied to my order. Unfortunately I didn't get the discount but the fact that she tried showed me that she really cares about customers. I never have been to a store where they make sure I get all the deals I would qualify for. I certainly appreciate her.

Went there today with my husband for a few groceries. I've never had to say anything bad about this place because everyone is always good, their customer service is top notch nothing compared to any other convenient store. We were not at the register where the lotto machine was, so my husband asked if he could purchase with her some power ball. She of course said yes, turned to the guy who was at the register (his name tag read SALVADOR) with the machine and he replied that she go get it herself. That if she did not see he was busy and to do it herself. His attitude was horrible and made me an my husband feel so embarrassed so uncomfortable. We never ment for our cashier to get scolded in that way! This kind of attitude should not be accepted and worse yet coworker to coworker! I hope I didn't read to much into it but this Salvador employee should not be talking like that to ANYONE!! Maybe management should have a little talk to their employees on how to treat one another!

I normally dont write any reviews but today i had a bad experience with the cashier named Salvador. I went in today to purchase groceries. I wanted to buy powerball but i wasnt on the register that has the machine for it. I never had an issue with that. But today i ask the girl cashier if i can purchase a powerball ticket i ask to buy 20 dls worth, she turned around ans ask Salvador if he could pls print 20dls worth to which he replied Cant you see im busy come and grab it yourself . There was a girl right behind me in line who she works there it appears her shift was over she heard Salvador and immidiettly nod her head and so did the guy that was packing my items... It seems like Salvador not only have issues with employees but customers. I highly advice management to take actions of Salvador's behavior as he is not a friendly person to be working in costumer service or around friendly employees.
