A worker was too busy talking to his coworkers and mistakenly made the drink incorrectly, using regular milk instead of almond, and if he hand't caught his mistake (which he thankfully did) I would have become very ill. They took very long to produce my order due to all the talking, but luckily the man was talking about his new job so this shouldn't be a problem for other customers in the future. Very disturbed by the mistake though, as allergens are not something to be played with.Dietary restrictions: I appreciate the variety of milk options, I am disappointed in the lack of trust I now have with Starbucks in handling orders.

It is a good place, good coffee, but it lacks better attention, better service, it was three or four times in a week, I paid more than 40 dollars each time and the service is very tasteless, on one occasion the coffee had a lot of milk and little coffee Yes, they changed it for me but I realized when I was a little far from the place...

They forgot the caramel in both of my drinks. With everything having a surcharge since it’s in the hotel I at least expect them to make my order correctly

Really great staff, they hustle! Food is good and cappuccino was made just right. There is plenty of seating around the hotel which is nice.

This Starbucks is located inside the Hyatt hotel so it is really busy with the hotel guest. The service is quick and the people are nice and helpful.However I took away stars because of the app issues which I know has nothing to do with the location. I paid $6 for a plain bagel $4.05 and cream cheese $1.75!!!!!!! Prices are ridiculous. You also can't order ice water on the app so you have to stay in the long line for it.I would avoid this place if you're not staying at the hotel.

I came here to checkout Hyatt Regency Orange County to do my school group project. After observing the hotel lobby, I stumbled upon a Starbucks located inside the hotel. The store was pretty big and I was not expecting Starbucks store inside a hotel, what a convenient! The service was okay and what shocked me the most was the price. I ordered a small Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino that cost $7! This is probably the most expensive Starbucks drink I ever ordered! I live in Los Angeles and yes the drink is more expensive there rather than in Orange County.

A Starbucks location within the Hyatt Regency. Coffee and food quality is what you would expect at any other Starbucks location. This location is rather loud so if you are looking for a place to enjoy your cup of Joe, you would have to enjoy it outside the hotel on one of the benches available. The price here for the items seemed to be more than what you would expect at Starbucks. I found the sign showcase individual employees a nice touch.Parking: There is a self park lot with a fee as well as valet. The valet is actually cheaper.

Went to this location yesterday and today. Yesterday’s experience was great but today I’ll have to give them 1 star or even no stars if I can. The cashier, Tony, was rather rude. We D went up to order with no one behind us, I asked for iced pumpkin spiced cold brew with one shot of syrup. He then replied with a tone that was with attitude telling me that there is vanilla shot and pumpkin spice on top and which is it? I then told him I only want the one shot of vanilla. This is the same order I requested yesterday with another cashier and he had no problem with my order and was super friendly with clarifying what my order was. Then I proceeded to order bacon egg bites and he said to warm up anything it takes 10 mins. I said ok that’s fine. Then he said again do you still want it? I then replied Yes I still want it. Then my husband wanted to order their bacon sausage wrap … he couldn’t remember what it was called so I said “sausage bacon wrap”, then the cashier replied “you mean the bacon sausage wrap” again with a lot of attitude in the tone of his voice. Then I replied sure. Then we proceeded to pay. Still with no one behind us. Not sure if he was in a rush???!! Or what but he was just utterly rude. No thank you or have a great day of my 20 plus years of going to Starbucks daily we have never had this kind of experience. I’m the paying customer I don’t need to learn your menu or recipes. So there’s no need to correct me in my ordering.

Great staff very polished, busy place… it’s Starbucks. We were staying at the Hyatt and this couldn’t have been more convenient for our family.
