Let me start off by saying how amazing Richard is! he helped me with my baby shower welcoming poster. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my poster and I sure was. He had it ready immediately and called to make sure I knew it was ready to be picked up. Thank you so much Richard for your help and for the great customer service.

My fav stationary stop! I was helped by Alleen and she patiently placed the order for my favorite pens to deliver to my home. Next day delivery for free. ? ALSO, I had some points from the last visit which were not applied into my account. She added the points and made the total purchase to half $$ … she’s awesome! ?

I was able to find what I wanted, printer ink and printer paper, price was reasonable for what I purchased, and the store smaller than a large department store like Target.

I went looking for a printer for my daughters and HOAN was super nice and answered all my questions.. very respectful and kind.. and to pay ISABEL was our cashier she was really friendly, smiled the whole time and even laughed at my dumb jokes... Honestly great customer service from both of them... Will definitely be back!?☺️

I came to the store and waited 15 mins in the line but then the girl staff told me it’s time to close the store, even the store will have 9 mins to close. She rejected my request. It’s a worse service. Never go back there

I've come here for printing services a few times this past year, and each time, I was pretty pleased. The print department (shoutout to Ash, Salem (?) and Richard (?)) is really friendly, patient, and courteous. They're awesome! On my most recent visit, there was a bit of confusion on how many prints and cuts to make, so I waited another 15ish minutes to get the remainder of my order. No big deal; they handled it well, and luckily, I wasn't in a rush. For reference, I was printing wedding invitations. However, the last small stack (about 30) that was printed wasn't cut too well, like the color borders of my cards got partially cut off. The majority (about 90) look fine, though. Aside from that slight imperfection, I'm still happy to be a customer here and do recommend the print department here!

Amazon returns are awful here. The line is always long and the process takes forever. Wish Amazon would stick with UPs for returns.
