If I could give a zero on customer service I would. I had a terrible customer experience with the rep and the manager. They are not very knowledgeable and fail to meet the customer's needs. They didn't inform me about pros and cons to switching phones. I work for a nonprofit and they didn't do their due diligence in making me aware that I would lose important information that was so important to the ministry. They wanted to charge me a restocking fee to take back the cheap phone they promoted me to taking in replacement of my Samsung. Don't walk in there thinking they will have your back, because they don't. It's all about the Benjamins...

I did not get notification from T-Mobile regarding to migrate from Sprint statement payment to T - Mobile in August or either statement due but got the reminder your bill due please pay now right on one day after due in September 5 I stop by T-Mobile store and paid right on September 5 with no late fee. But for this statement of October I got charged for 12.01 for late fee of last month. Would this be fair to charge late fee when T-Mobile transferred all Sprint customers to Magenta corporation without notifying, no bill statement then now charge late fee? I went in the store yesterday to confirm if new statement was from T- Mobile and they said yes but they can't waive the late fee. This is so ridiculous!

This place is horrible, people are lazy, they are just sitting on their phones..They are unprofessional. They promises items they dont have. They knowledge on their plans are not solid. They give you a plan, and when you ask for a breakdown of the prices and how much is per line, they dont know their math. Out of 4, I should end up paying. i end up with 6 lines.. 2 i did not authorized and now if i remove them, they won't respect my original contract. My advice.. dont go to this place.. choose another one.. or just go with a different carrier..

I went here today looking to get wifi from them . I got helped my a girl named tiffeny , she was the sweetest most helpful person there ! I went there a couple times and it's my favourite T-Mobile store to go to ! They let me know what they're doing and a lot of other good options ! Thanks tiffeny

This was one of the best experiences going into this t-mobile location. The attention to detail and the easy factor.I lost my device and I was stressing about the whole situation but, I was helped and they made my day soon much better I highly recommend this location as they have a willingness to help you. Thank you ❤️

Unhelpful employees, didn't seem to care about customer needs. One was rude and kept on repeating things to me all condescendingly like I couldn't understand him. Crowded and long wait times before they can help you. Wasted my time and got nothing solved.

I was having a rough day. In a hurry trying to get a new phone before work, I had broken mine days before. With supply low on everything right now I was so well taken care of and got the new phone I wanted. I had been to 3 stores before coming here and being greeted by Josh who listened to me complain about my problem before telling me with a smile that they had what I needed! I am an old Sprint costumer and lucky for me Amber used to work for them. What might have difficult for some employees(working with the sprint system) was a cinch for her. We shared some laughs as she got a new phone going for me in no time! Thank you Amber and Josh for making my rough day a success and even giving me some enjoyment from the conversations too!

I am a big proponent and advocate of making noise when I receive exceptional and top notch customer service. Yadira, Alejandro, Alex, and Fanjuil are always ready, able, and available to assist me with what often seems like a life-altering stress, with my cellphone issues. Yadira-a hard-wired customer service associate that goes above and beyond for me, as I imagine she does with all of her customers. She never disappoints, and she has the most pleasant disposition. I am grateful to have worked with her for the past few years. Alejandro-My Samsung/Android guru! Patient, personable, knowledgeable, and brilliant! Eager to assist and follows through with each step in the process. An awesome addition to the team! Alex-An amazing and customer service centered associate who has helped me a couple of times, and has been consistently professional and courteous. I am grateful for his support and knowledge! An awesome addition to the team. Fanjuil-Very comical, yet professional! He has helped me during one of my cell phone crisises, in a calm and professional manner! An awesome addition to the team. People are always quick to criticize and berate sakes associates, and are quick to utilize this platform as a weapon to muddy the waters of a service experience they may have encountered. I believe a job well done should be recognized, noted, and celebrated, at the same volume. They all should be appreciated for their work!

These people are scammers they make you sign stuff you didnt agree on and make you suffer after they gave us a phone for "free" and now they are making us pay for it aswell as making us pay thousands of dollars for only 3 lines! If i were you i would avoid this location and anything to do with them lying scamming rats!!! If i can write a 0 star i would they made all of my family mad and angry over these ridiculous bills AVOID THEM AND DONT SUPPORT THEM PLEASE
