My mom and I came in yesterday to purchase the iphone 15 pro max. Paul assisted us, and he was AMAZING! Very professional and patient, approachable. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. He is definitely knowledgeable about the phones and services provided by T-Mobile. I'm not very tech savy HAHA, but he never made me feel embarrassed to ask questions. T-Mobile, he is an asset to your company! Give this man A RAISE! The store was to close at 8pm yesterday, and we arrived around 6:45pm so it was close to closing, but the staff never made us feel rushed or unwelcome. I called prior to coming to inquire about the titanium iphone 15 Pro Max stock, and the girl on the phone (sorry, I didn't catch your name!) was also very polite and friendly. Will be coming here for future services! Thank you so much!

I went into this T-Mobile today to add a new line to my account and Mayra was extremely helpful. She was very clear with the costs, wrote everything down for us, and answered all of our questions. Please do yourself a favor and ask for Mayra when at this location!

Now a charge of 5 dollars to pay your bill?!?! Just to get shitty customer service ? Not worth it. I requested a paper bill to be mailed to my home and they fucking can't get a bill out to my house so I can pay the bill. I refuse to sign over my bank account information so they can take what ever they want to charge. No thanks when you keep having data breaches and hacks. There has to be a better alternative to the same suck ass services. No matter how nice your representative is, still isn't going to make me change my mind. But it would be really fucking nice if you could send my bill to me. Guess you don't want us to see what absurd taxes and charges you are actually ripping us off on.

It's 7pm and they according to their hours they close at 8pm. The girl bringing the metal curtains down simply closed them and wouldn't answer to our questions that we were asking from outside. She simply ignored us while making eye contact and walked away! Extremely unprofessional! Quit your job if you don't like what you do for a living

Our visit to get my wife a new iPhone, not too long ago, was exceptional in every way!I then, recently returned to have them install new screen protector on my phone. They don't have any (what a drag doing this for customers) attitude at all. Actually surprising to see a business, these days, doing such an excellent job of customer service ? Nice goin' folks! Keep it upA very important BTW!Take note that AALLL the junk reviews are from when this place was a junk Sprint B4

I had to have a phone shipped to a T-mobile store for a warranty exchange, and I chose this spot rather than two other locations closer to me because of the reviews, and I'm glad I did. Super friendly staff & very helpful/knowledgeable.

Shout out to the woman who answered the phone here the other day. I bought a phone here earlier in the month and decided to return it. The problem was I live 90 miles away and the T-Mobile near me wouldn't take my phone without a receipt. They basically told me I had to drive back to this location to get a receipt. So I called and the woman who answered said she would look up the receipt for me. Before she put me on hold she told me I can also go on the app and look up the receipt myself. Before she came back on the phone I had already found the receipt on the app, just as she said. It was super easy and I was so thankful to her. I wish I knew her name but I just wanted to say THANK YOU!

Just want to give a shout out to Eddie for his honesty and for helping me find a solution to my network problem. He was more knowledgeable than the tech I spoke with over the phone who told me my Note10+ was not compatible with TMobiles network anymore. Thank you, Eddie. I'll be back for my upgrade.

Great customer service! I came in close to closing hoping to get help with my situation—my family out of state switched carriers recently and I had two days to switch SIM cards or lose my number. We had a couple challenges with the old carrier and unlocking the phone, but they worked through it with me patiently. Joanna and Eddie stayed after closing to help me make sure I didn’t have my cell service interrupted. Thanks guys!
