The staff are always welcoming and helpful when I visit the office or call. I was assisted with extensions when I didn't have all the money to payback. It's easy to take out loans either in person or online. This company and employees deserve more than 5 stars. I most defintely recommend if you're needing a fast loan! Very rude and unprofessional. Demanded why I had signed the check before i was asked and in front them. You guys need better customer service skills. It's okay, I went some where else and right away they cashed my check without making me feel I was a criminal trying to do fraud. Biased people, and judgemental people. Just because I wasn't dressed up you treated me like I was trying to steal a check

These people are crazy I make over $108,000 A YEAR. Have good credit and my own a company wanted a loan for $1500 for I could go clothes for the kids before registration tomorrow, which I also get paid tomorrow. They told me the max they could do was $250. Why would they even need proof of income for $250. He'll I had $900 bucks in my pocket just knew I was going to need a couple grand for clothes shopping. I could collect beer cans for $250 this is california that wouldn't even buy dinner lol.

I've been a long time customer. Usually receive great service. One of their agents made a mistake on my payback date and when I called to explain why it was important that they correct their mistake they wouldn't even attempt to try and help me. Rebecca one of the managers didn't even want to acknowledge their mistake and correct the due date for me. Terrible experience at this location.

Really bad customer service at this specific location. I went in to cash my check from target. They didn't want to call the store again and wait for an employee to answer. In order to cash my check they needed to verify it with my employer. She called like three times. Didn't allow the phone to ring for very long but it's fine. I don't mean to ruin anyones day who might work here. But you have no idea what I have to go through to cash this check on a weekend. The struggle is real
