I've never dealt with a more unsympathetic and hypocritical staff. I ordered a midi skirt to be worn for my 30th birthday party and paid $97. The skirt arrived just a few days before but was too small. I emailed Space46 to let them know and ask about how I could return the skirt for a larger size. At that time COVID began to sweep its way through the east coast and Myrtle Beach, where I live, became a hot spot. The governor shut down the city for the safety of everyone who lives here. I work in health care And was spending 14+ hours a day at work. Once things calmed down, I remembered the skirt and was finally able to walk inside of the post office again to send it back, unfortunately it was a few days passed the allotted week they had given to return it. I sent them an email explaining the situation, offering to pay any difference in pricing plus extra shipping in order to get a skirt that I could actually wear, even a site credit for half the amount, really anything to allow me to get something that fits. Over a MONTH later Space46 finally returns my email telling me I'm basically out of luck and they can't exchange it, but I can pay to have the original skirt that doesn't fit shipped back to me? So after all of this they offered ZERO help or sympathy while the entire world faces a pandemic. I sent the skirt back late and was very apologetic. I don't hear anything back from them until I send another follow up email over a month later to which they still don't respond for 2 weeks. My mind is blown at how poorly I've been treated as a customer who just paid 97$ for a skirt then paid to send it back to them in hopes of some understating. 10 out of 10 do not recommend
