So many peoples on the Anita street every night, noisy car, beer bottles and trashes left on the street, cars, trucks parked on fire space, blocking handicap wheelchair access, parallel double parked on street causing accidents for the neighborhood across the street when they need to backing up from theirs drivewayLook like management of this apartment doing nothing to keep the inviroment good and safePlease safety first, safety for everyone, not just for the peoples who living in those'd apartments.

Been living here going on a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff that run and maintain the property, they go above beyond for their residents and the property itself always looks and smells clean. Any small issue that arises gets fixed almost immediately, so again me regards to Elaine who has been nothing but genuine from the beginning to Rafa who literally is always making sure everything is running smoothly. Thank you guys!.

First of all this property is very clean staff very friendly. Elaine is a great manager who always listens to the tenants Cindy who has taken over while Elaine is away. Cindy is very sweet and always wants to make sure things get taken off right away. We had an issue with our kitchen light and it was fixed right away. I’m so happy to be living here.

This place is beautiful. Cindy was being helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. Whenever we had a problem she made sure it was taken care of.

Solara is the best place to rent from!!! Everyone is so nice and friendly and the management is efficient and welcoming. Although Elaine has been unavailable, Cindy does an incredible job of answering your questions and concerns and is always more than willing to help!!

I moved here mid June & Elaine has been the best! Been here a few months already and I love it . I had an issue with my fan when I first moved in and it got fixed immediately with no hesitation. Any questions I had or any concerns , got answered immediately. Management is great and so is the property(:

I came to ask some questions about a notice that I received and she was smirking and laughing while I was clearly upset about my issue. Then proceeded to say that if our car wasn't added on to the lease that we would be evicted. Very terrible customer service. Would not recommend living here since it is extremely over priced and roach infested.

This review is not about my living experience here since I'm just apartment shopping. I usually don't get weekdays off but my schedule at work fell apart so I was able to make time to apartment shop. If I can give Elaine a million stars I would. She was able to get me in on a same day tour. She was very prompt with responses through email and phone. As a first time apartment shopper, this experience can be a scary and nerve wrecking experience and Elaine made as pleasant as possible. She even went as far as suggesting me other apartments that her company has in a location I desired more. We need more people like Elaine in this world. She was the highlight of a very stressful day. Thank you!!!!

The staff is terrific! Whenever we have a maintenance issue it's quickly addressed! Rafael changed out our bathtub/shower drain plug in less than a day! Friendly and helpful from office to maintenance! We greatly appreciate them.

This was a very beautiful home that I have found. My family and I have lived here for 3 years and we loved every moment of it. I will miss it dearly. Who I will most is one of the staff members Damion. He always was so welcoming and gentle. He has a kind soul that I will miss interacting with. If you happen to run into him, give him my warmest regards. There is a little brown and beige kitty who runs around here too. I'm not sure if it belongs to anyone but it's the friendliest cat ever. Just give it time to warm up to you.
