My recent visit to this nail supply store left me utterly disappointed. Despite their convenient location, their lack of stock and abysmal customer service overshadow any convenience. I specifically requested a 5-gallon sea salt bucket in Mango scent, only to be met with a completely different scent, and a rude response from the employee( tattoo guy) when I pointed out the mistake. It’s evident that there’s a communication issue between the front staff and those in the back. Furthermore, upon checking out, an item I had paid for was forgotten to be bagged, forcing me to make an additional trip back. The lack of professionalism and attention to detail is appalling. With numerous other nail supply stores in the area, it’s clear this establishment doesn’t value its customers. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Want to get hustled? Come here, this place is apparently for fools that they think they can take advantage of. I came in looking for 2 things: decals and gel glue. The man told me his gel glue was $10 for sale so i opted out to get it because i know amazon has it for cheaper, and better brands. So then he rings me up for the decals and i said "do you take card?" And he replied "well the minimum is $10 for card purchases.." at that point i decided Amazon could take my business because i felt that was unfairly priced. Then i tried to walk out and the lady said "hey okay! We'll take the $5" needless to say this place did not recieve my business today, i am writing this review to share awareness. Im not someone who can be hustled easily. Nice try though!

I never really leave a review on yelp, but this is my first time worse worse worse customer service never been so mistreated. I wouldn't recommend this nail supply store. The customer before me pay with credit card and when I came to pay, they said cash only. So they wouldn't half to pay taxes. So wrong going to report them to better bureau of business and IRS agents I never felt so humiliated

Customer service is poor and they wont let you use your card unless its over a certain amount. I used to enjoy it here. But only when the younger people are working. They are friendly. Others make you feel like you don't belong in there.

They have just about everything you need. I don't think they have EVERYTHING as I frequent a lot of these nail supplies all over the country, but they do have the basics. I was disappointed that they were out of stock of a LOT of gel colors. The DND polishes are really popular right now, so I understand. Just be aware if you do decide to go, they will be out of most of the pinks and pastels. There weren't a lot of "other" supplies, like lashes and things of that nature. It's not an all-inclusive store though, it literally is a nail supply as the name suggests. People have also mentioned that the staff is rude. I don't personally feel that they are. When you get to the chekout, they are helpful. Other than that, no one will help you unless you ask for something but to me that's better than being followed around the store.

They have great stuff every time I come in. I came in one time and I paid with a $100 bill as I was paying the lady used her machine to check if it was real she immediately came back and said it's fake. She did not double check nor ask around until after she yelled to whole store. I told her it came from bank, she tried again and it went through and worked. The next incident I came with someone and they thought I was stealing looking through my isle looking at me pretending to be busy. I love their stuff but customer service is 0/10! and very disappointed on how Ive been treated at this location.

Customer service was not it! I went in the get nail righnstones, but when I asked to see the diamonds the young lady in the front wasn't even listening to me when I asked to see other righnstones. It was extremely difficult because of the language barrier, I asked for a price for the nail colors and she didn't even know how much they were and was guessing a price? I then continued to ask for help and was ignored because they didn't know anything about the products they were selling?I wouldn't recommend coming here if you were looking for better quality!

A HUGE selection of nail supplies at a great price! They have a big selection of polishes at great prices. Bring cash to save some money.

Great place, came with my wife to get her nail stuff. Great selection of items and prices. I don't think they're racist as other people might mention but even if they are, as long as they charge me correctly, I am in and out.

Really bad service. No good customer service , i walked in there, took like 10 mins till someone actually greeted me and asked if i needed help. I originally planned to walk in and grab some nail decor (white bowls) and the husband or asian guy was being so rude and seem bothered i asked for his help. Just point me to where the decor was but didn’t actually help the way he directed. So i couldnt find what i needed and didnt wanna bother again so i just walked out unpleasant. Never going back there again bad customer service.

It has most beauty related items including some furniture. However, I've I went in for lash supplies. I don't feel that the have many options for my expertise
