Customer service is horrible and way more expensive than Home Depot. The manager is not friendly as all.

Bought paint with primer in it and associate pushed an extra gallon of primer knowing it was dark colors going over white. He said without it we’d be applying 6 or 7 coats. If that’s true then that’s really bad paint. Or he’s just trying to sell more and will say anything to do it. They also have a vague return policy so they can weasel out of returns. But the guy who we explained it to was very understanding about the poor service

Very helpful and made sure we purchased the correct exterior paints. Enjoyed shopping in their store. I was last there approximately 2 Yeats ago and was pleased with the treatment I received at that time as well!

Do not shop here! I had a large project painting the Nike building in LA and I had to purchase extra (untinted) paint just in case I needed more because Sherwin Williams has an inventory issue like many other companies... After using many, many gallons of paint i had 5 gallons (of untinted) paint leftover... SuperPaint interior velvet Sheen... but load and behold, Jesus the manager doesn't want to return it! Jesus said something like "I have too much of this and I don't want to return it" ... "this is how I run the store and it's MY policy"... wtf? I had spend a long time to find out who's his superior manager is and they finally talk. Jesus, after he was done talking to his superior... he goes into the restroom and makes me wait even longer... then finally he shows up to the counter to make the return!... What a horrible, horrible experience and customer service! I've been to many, many paint stores and this by far has to be the worst experience... why would I take time to write a review about a paint store?! Don't shop here unless you expect to have trouble later on
