Mangers here are rude disrespectful impatient human beings. Told me my he wouldn't take the ROLLED change that I had to complete a purchase. Advised me he don't need change and refuses to take my payment " I'm the manager, I do what I want to do" was his response.

Do not buy the membership to the car wash at this location! This car wash seems to have frequent problems. Most recently they closed the car wash for updates, but didn't notify you until after it happened. They sent an email saying you could use a different location, so I went to that other location and I couldn't use it with my membership. I called the GM of Shell at this location (since it said you could do so on the email), but still haven't received a call. I also called EverWash and they couldn't help me either. I ended up canceling my membership, but apparently it stays active until the end of this billing cycle. There is one pump on the side closer to the gas station that doesn't work, but there is no sign on it. There are also some homeless people that hang out near the car wash vacuums so they can ask for money.

Located off the corner of Trask and Harbor in Garden Grove. This is a pretty nice station they keep it up well the pumps look decent and not worn down. They have also a mini mart seems well kept up inside as well. And for a Shell this is one of the cheaper ones I've been too. Overall a good station if I'm in the area or near and need gas I'll be coming here.

This is not one of my usual Shell because the location of it is a bit inconvenient for me, but I was running out of gas one early morning on the way to work so I had to make my way over here before heading onto the freeway (on opposite direction). The 5 stars is for the man inside the store in the morning. He was so bright and cheerful and he made my morning and my whole day! He was in such a positive mood and he wished everyone a great day. I wish all gas stations attendees were like him!

Never going back again. Customer service was horrible especially when you try to apologize for something you have done and the person working there raises their voice at you when you're trying to pay for the damage you have done. I have never experienced anything like this before. Lost a customer here for sure.

They are all nice but they don't honor the cash discount of 10 cents per gallon. I won't be coming back. Happen to be twice already.

Bad customer service here. Cashier guy with the dyed blonde hair was rude. I bought multiple drinks here and only asked for a cup to pour it into and he wanted to charge me a dollar. I go here at least twice a week to fill up on gas for the past year and when I do go to other gas stations they don't ever charge me money at all or it's reasonable like 10 cents. I feel like this guy is trying to pocket the extra money. For a dollar I can get a large sized cup at McDonald's with a drink in it. They have lost a customer. I won't be back. And to top it off, literally all their pumps were out of order today and I ended up going somewhere else anyway. Worst gas station on the block.

I like this gas station location: 5 stars 0 star for the cashier name Conny I have been filling gas from this station for a good 4 years since I moved near by and like the location and how spacy of the lot. I have always been having good experiences at this location until today I first time helped by the cashier named Conny. SHE HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE!!!! She literally yelled at me. At first I thought maybe she had to do that because of the mask and she was afraid I couldnt hear her. After being there for 2 minutes, she literally was so rude, yelled at me when she walked me through entering my loyalty card. Then I asked for my money back and walk out to go to 76 gas station on Harbor and westminster. If the owner ever read this review, please talk to Conny to leave her personal problems and attitudes at home and dont bring it to work. Customers are there to bring the business income and her job, but then sadly she doesnt see that and was just simply nasty.

Usually has decent prices... i had a trip here where i inserted a gift card to pay for gas... it was $20 worth, then there was a power failure at the gas station and no gas was pumped.... the cashier couldn't refund money to the card or refund me cash... they had a long line of angry customers and no manager around to help... next time i went back i asked for a manager to address my $20 which was taken from the card and i waited around but they were really busy and i didn't even get to speak with a manager
