My family and I have been a customer since 2012 at the Shell on Brookhurst and GGBLVD and the one on Harbor and GGBLD. At the Brookhurst location gas is cheaper and customer service is great! I stop by mornings for my coffee and Juan I believe works AM shift and he always greets customers with a smile on his face, I notice the store is always clean and organized and especially the fresh coffee every morning! I definitely always recommend these 2 locations to family and friends around the area. I’m glad they always keep the bathrooms locked and clean for customers only. Some people just vandalize and I like how they keep and eye on customers when there’s homeless at they’re location, Juan is very attentive and that’s what keeps my family going back.

It's nice to have a gas station at this location. Everything is new and works well. Signage is clear. There's a food court. My sole concern is the parking situation alongside the gas pumps. Engineered to guarantee car accidents. I will not be using the pump on the south end of the property.

Not sure why there is bad reviews. I pump gas here almost every time since I work near the area. The gas price is cheaper than other shell's, store is always clean and the cashiers are always helpful.

What the hell???? I work for Ralphs so I use Shell because I get discounts. Yes gas station apparently has no idea what I'm talking about. 1. Soda offered at 99cents ok that be cool if you had ice2. Since soda wasn't an option I'll try to get this ice mocha nope that machine isn't working either 3. Ok hot coffee it is....... Wait for it....... Nope that machine isn't working either 4. Asked girl at register hey can I get any of these machines on.... Her response is..... we have drinks in the refrigerator smh 5. Ok I'll just get gas can I put my number in for discount " ummm what do u mean" I get employee discounts with my phone number "oh yeah I never heard of that" All in all won't be back

Gas was cheap, however, when I filled up my tank the auto shut off on pump number four did not work, so it overflowed all over the floor. I told one of the employees but he shrugged it off and said that it had been working fine all day and it was just me. Do not recommend.

The gas price is a lot better than other locations but the guy working there is not professional or attentive. The whole time I paid the cash and put in the membership code, he was on the phone and I could tell that he was angry with the person on the other line. Not a way to run a business, if I were the owner, I will get rid of the guy!!!!!!

Please do not go here. Cashiers will ask for your number and when you don't give it to them they call the cops on you. Please BE AWARE !!! DO NOT GO HERE !! Oh and they keep your money when trying to put gas!! I couldn't post lower then a negative star

Apparently they are under new management since the last year. I like the fact that they do not charge additional fees to use my card inside and its also cool that you can easily get a lotto ticket and scan the barcode while standing there , as long as you’re not keeping customers waiting behind you. This store has decent staff, respectful and attentive service from my experience. They keep the restroom locked but when i did have to use it, it was clean and stocked, that’s always appreciated. I goto this Shell everyday for work not just because the prices are one of the lowest. But the workers are really outgoing and friendly.

Clean gas and good prices. There is also a Bitcoin machine inside and this location sells alcohol.
