Customers service is very slow and they don't take care of people by order. I was waiting there when the lobby was empty and no one attended me. I was waiting for 30 minutes and when the lobby got full everyone was served except for me. I've been a member for over 30 years and this is the only branch that has ever treated me like this.

BE WARNED: the auto land representative Ulysses. Will scam you. Go to an actual car dealership. He never showed me the car sticker and ripped us off. He claims he’s the best and brain washes you, stating he doesn’t work with losers that don’t want to buy a car but only take up his time. We need Steve back in this office.

Customer service is always great, they also have a coin deposit machine inside so you can get rid of any change you might have.

Yes Yes Yes! Can I just say, the customer service reps always make my day!! They are kind and patient and very personable. They always offer simple solutions and want the best for their customers! I hesitated calling because I just didn't want to deal. But I'm so glad I called! Robert, the customer service representative immediately understood what I was concerned about. He refunded a payment, made a stop payment and explained things so simply to me. It actually made my day! Thank you so much for always helping and never making your customers feel dumb.

There is something wrong with all three ATM machines, pretty much all the time. If you need a functional ATM, I recommend going elsewhere.

Bad Customer experience, I called at 4:25 and talked with someone and then was kept on hold for over 30 mins until the bank closed and from there I wasn't able to get helped.

I had to take care of an issue today at school first credit union at the Garden Grove branch. The perdon who assisted me was Cesar. He was super helpful! He also had great customer service! Definitely recommend him :)
