I just bought a car and had an amazing experience. Jose was my sales representative and he made the process very easy. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. We test drove and he made me feel confident in my purchase. Jose was very kind and very professional. I will definitely be sending friends and family to him. The finance manager Carlos was great in the finance process and answered all my questions and suggested great warranty packages. Jose and Carlos worked as a great team and were very patient and available.

My man Youssef was a dream come true when it came to getting a car at a dealership. He helped me get my now newly owned 2020 M340i. Had it ready and looking nice right when I got there, did a test drive as soon as we got there then went inside to do some paperwork. He made the whole process very easy, fast, and efficient. This is my 5th time buying a car now and this has been the most effortless and easy. I highly recommend Youssef if you want to make your car purchase a breeze with nothing shady going on.

Sleazy salesmen jacking up the prices of USED cars with BS add-ons that aren’t even installed on the car. This place is a joke and has made the experience of looking for a car miserable.

Basir was the service rep who as my "advisor."Customer service is terrible. For example my car was dropped off for three different things, I never received a phone call only an email with services they recommended that's it. Never got a text or phone call from the service rep. The following day I call and they told me your car is ready to get picked up so I go to the dealership and say my car is ready for pickup. The customer service rep told me you're total is $350 without even explaining what was done on the car just wanted to get paid. I asked him for an explanation of what was done and they told me. Afterwards I ask the customer rep when it was my car finished? He told me it was done the day before and I asked him how come I never got a notification. He said I texted you. I told him I never got a text and he said is your voicemail setup? I said what is a voicemail have to do anything with a text that doesn't make any sense. He said oh I'm sorry I think I left you a voicemail. I said no you didn't man you're changing your story instead of admitting your fault. I asked him what about the primary concern I had regarding my car and oil dropping too fast. He said you brought it back full there's nothing we can do.

Just got my car serviced and it feels quick & light like when it was new. The lounge was clean and looked newly renovated. It had sofa chairs, countertops, tv's, wifi, plenty of outlets, & a cool coffee/espresso machine. It was well stocked & clean. The wifi was great, I streamed youtube easily. I really liked the lounge but didn't need it for long because my service took half the time they quoted. Everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. I could see a lot of detailed thought was put into my experience so I feel confident in the work they performed. Bashir was communicative & followed through with everything he said he would and his personable approach was a refreshing experience. Thanks ya'll!

I needed warranty service on my car. I had an appointment and was promised it would be ready by 5pm. They text me about 3:30pm that it was ready. The work was done properly and I was very satisfied with the results. Even the service manager told me more about the issue and explained how it could happen.
I was able to check the car later to really see if it was fixed. It was all good, like new.

I called in today spoke to Youssef he answered all my questions and was a man of his word him and his manager Adam made my new hyundai elantra for my daughter such an easy experience. Went there to fix an AC issue, after charging me 240 dollars the told me AC compressor is faulty need replacement, cost for that is 1850 dollars. I wasn’t able to pay that sum, fortunately; as I went to outside repair shop , when they looked they found that AC compressor completely fine and the defective part was blind door actuator which with labour cost was only 260 dollars!! and my AC returned working even better than it was originally, So , I don’t trust them anymore even for simple oil change as they misdiagnosed my problem for very costly issue which wasn’t there, so advice for all, even if you want to do anything there just ask for second opinion in order not to lose your money.

My salesman Youssef was amazing taking care of my family and I in purchasing our 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. Before coming in to the dealership, Youssef was very quick and prompt with answering all of my questions on the phone, which is what made our experience in buying our car smooth and straight to the point.
