Giovanna who was a cashier on Saturday night, June 22nd, was very rude. I had asked her a question about items on a rack loud enough to which she could hear me, and she completely ignored me, then i proceeded to get her attention by saying ‘excuse me’ to which she also completely ignored. Very rude and made my overall shopping experience at this location very poor.

I was stalked and harassed cause they decided to assume I was there to steal. Sad because this is my local Ross and has been for a decade now! I even went to school with some of the people who have worked there and around the other stores. I'm utterly shocked and feel so disrespected. I'm an honest buying customer at that location but after this I definitely won't be anymore. My unsolicited advice is that you guys should actually come for and do something to the ones ACTUALLY ACTIVELY stealing. AGAIN I WAS INNOCENT AND I FELT LIKE PEOPLE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WASNT AND ON TOP OF THAT LOTS OF OTHER PEOPLE WERE AROUND SO I FEEL VERY HUMILIATED. Hope it's a learning experience to all of the employees of this store to either train some of your employees better to handle situations like this better (because I was threatened to get my sweater thrown out all because I forgot it somewhere when I took it off). And for security to not make customers feel uncomfortable. THANK YOU FOR LISTENING, HAVE THE DAY YALL DESERVE.

This store is the worst store ever my mom got hit by work cart intentionally by the employee Name LUPE while my mom was staining holding her phone and showing clothes to my family member.She didn't even said sorry or anything.The thing that she did was that when we were talking with The "Manager" Name Nancy she came to us and admitted that she hit my mom because she was in the phone.I really hope that Employe Name LUPE Gets fired and That store get a better manager to handle things better because the manager didn't even give us a case number or anything.This store has poor management and the worst customer service ever.
