The experience of purchasing Korean cosmetics at a low price. (I liked this one)However, when he said that he was only kind to the people living there and would look around and come back, he looked very upset.They just didn't give the free gift on the flyer without any explanation.

really, really pleasant experience shopping at rodeo cosmetics! their workers are so sweet, always available to help, and super knowledgeable. i went with a couple of college friends and we were so pleasantly surprised! they offered us various of free samples and recommended several products that are popular on social media (tik tok)! i found a couple of products that are specifically only sold here, like the brands cologram and beauty people. they’re my go-to eyeliner and eyeshadow products. if you’re looking for high quality makeup and skincare products, i 1000% recommend going here! everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. 10/10

day I witness "Kathy"employee of Rodeo Cosmetics, forcefully push the shopping cart away from a old lady instead explain politely shopping cart isn't allowed in store with nasty attitude towards the disable,blind one eye with hard of hearing. I video this event asap to capture, you can see the employee not wanting to be seen. THIS IS NOT HOW WE TREAT PEOPLE AND ELDERLY IN AMERICA maybe some countries.

These people, like the clothes store and tofu restaurant in the same strip, are completely racist. I walked around the small store waiting for my parent to make her purchase. The Korean sales woman literally followed me around the entire store, practically hugging up on me, without offering to help me at all. The Viêt girl that works there is very sweet but won't wear a mask properly, so it does no good.

I went to buy korean masks sanitizing wipes and met rude ladies. One lady kept staring at me like I am gonna steal smth, and the other lady tried to hurry me when there is no other customer than me. I should’ve done online shopping but I just really needed sanitizing wipes so I just bought it… but I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. Overpriced(like 3times more expensive), customer service is terrible, nothing to buy, no credit card under $20, products are dusty… hope everyone can read this before they go!

The reason I went here was because it was only close to home, most Korean high-end cosmetics get a thorough price, so I know the price of any cosmetics store is the same. Each store is competing with each other for customer care and service. When I visited for the first time, they made me a point card that was dropped upon purchase, but after every purchase they said they couldn't find my point card, and said if they find it later, they will earn it. Honestly I really don't matter the point card, all I want it, better and continuous customer care. Seems that's not good customer service. Not just one time, but every time. if they can't do the right point control, shouldn't do that anymore, I stop by and bought cosmetics today and got the same happen again. On the way home, I got angry and went back and returned, and when a formal protest was made, the man who appeared to be the owner was behind counter, he saw at everything, but he just seemed to have no interest. There was no effort to solve the problem. I been so many other cosmetic stores, but never seen this terrible store. Now I understand why many customer had been one star review.

I came like 10 minutes befor they were closing. It was uncomfortable looking around because the worker followed me everywhere. I bought a few items for fun . Ok not sure if I will go back because she follows me around and I have no space to look at things comfortably.

I've been a customer with Rodeo Cosmotics for over 10 years. Love their Sales rep, their products and great offers as always. Especially Sales rep Jenny. She's very helpful, explains all questions about products, all best offers to customers and put a smile on us when we're leaving the store.

Zero Stars do not get scammed by this company. They demo products that make it seem like they work and then sell inferior garbage to you. We were lured in off the street. There are no refunds after you get the mechandise and see it does not meet the promised made to you. Buyer Beware!!!!

While I do admit they have a good selection, there's a reason why this shop is empty. I decided to browse around surrounding areas while waiting to be called for Kaju. This place was inside Hmart so I figured, why not? I could use some more makeup and skin care products. First off - the layout's a freaking maze so you have to go around in circles to really browse the selection. I wouldn't have had an issue with this if it wasn't for one of the workers following me and my boyfriend around like a hawk. Like what, are you afraid that people will steal? That's why you set up security cameras so you can be secure while not destroying a customer's shopping journey. Indications of lack of business and management experience. It's rude to stare down your customers and extremely rude to be making faces while they're looking at things to buy. So, I left and ended up buying cosmetics from the competing shop down the hall, lol.
