Find another pharmacy. I went to have my 9 mo. old daughters prescription filled and the pharmacist mislabeled the bottle for TWICE the prescribed dosage. Not knowing any better the medication was administered until we prematurely ran out and called the doctor which is when we found out about the error. We are still trying to figure out what the effects will be from this overdose and have filed complaints with the State board of pharmacy. This is absolutely unacceptable and my family will NEVER be using this pharmacy again.

This is my favorite Rite Aid love this store.I rate it 5 star showed r but it is a 5 I sure they do not close it.

My family and I are regular customers but we're constantly being blamed for messes in the bathroom. The store manager keeps accusing us of mess making without any proof and is actually quiet rude about it. We do not make messes yet we're the only ones being blamed and we're also expected to clean up the messes too. I do not like shopping at this location anymore.

Watch out for this pharmacy they steal ur pills , and then when u go back to confront them they say oh well you should have had us count them Infront of you before you left, there's nothing we can do . It's fine if it was a couple pills off but not 20 pills missing . Out of my 120 script .

Their pharmacy is HORRIBLE. I filled a prescription here and tried to call on Monday to confirm my insurance information. The phone line would just continue ringing for minutes upon minutes, and after 10 minutes of constant ringing, I hung up. I called probably over 30 times throughout the week, and left multiple voicemails but no one would return my calls or answer. I got a text from them on Friday to call them and verify my insurance location, which is what I had been trying to do! I called them again, no answer. Then on Saturday, I get a text that it’s ready for pickup. I go down there, they tell me they can’t give it to me for insurance coverage reasons (they say I’m not covered for prescription, yet my account tells me I am).
The pharmacist is rude and just keeps saying she can’t give it to me, and to call my insurance. Well, it’s a Saturday and I have to wait until Monday. If they had answered their phone at any point all week, I could have had this sorted. Extremely frustrating experience, I told them to just forget it and I will fill it elsewhere because I can’t be bothered to work with a pharmacy that I can’t even get ahold of.

Horrible. I need my antibiotic cream for my eye. They were first closed at 6pm yesterday. I went back this morning and they didn't have any. Changing my preferred pharmacy with my doctor to CVS.

The employee who attended me on 2/11/24 at the Rite Aide on Valley View st and Chapmen Ave in the City of Garden Grove was very helpful polite and well mannered. I give him a 101% Target in Cerritos and Walmart in Cerritos employees should take notes a Smile ? goes a long way!!!

Best experience ever with a pharmacy! The pharmacy manager Yen Nguyen is super friendly, very personable and makes you feel so welcome. She is also very knowledgeable and so helpful. I had a bad congestion which made me unable to sleep well for several days. She recommended a product that helps clear it up in 2 hours and I can get a good night sleep! I will definitely come back if I need to get a prescription filled or to buy any OTC products.

Pharmacy is very slow. Everything takes them forever to fill. Their OTC is more expensive than every where else.I wanted to add, if you come or call 15 min before closing, it won’t be ready.

By the time I finally made it to the front of the line at the pharmacy, I had aged about 20 years. Service was so slow. Not really interested in continuing with this pharmacy.

They ALWAYS close the ice cream shop before closing. Super frustrating. I came 20 minutes before closing today and they wouldn't serve ice cream. They turned me down as well as other customers right after me saying it was already "closed". If the ice cream section has separate hours they should publicize this. Wasted my time...
