Do not shop here. Extremely unprofessional employees. ATM will take your money. No one will assist you and you will be laughed at by the staff. Don’t spend a penny here and let’s have rite aid replaced with CVS.

I went to store at 6pm, store closes at 10pm. Needed some medicine for my allergies which are behind locked boxes. After waiting for 20 minutes I am told that the manager went home with the keys. God forbid if it was an emergency.

If it s not because of Amazon locker and Thrifty Ice cream, I would not shop here. It's convenience for me to pick up prescription/Amazon and get ice cream in one place. But I agree with some of the reviews about customer service. Its 50/50 for me, most are really nice except this same guy. He is racist and sexist. I usually dont buy anything if I see him at the counter. Riteaid, please reopen self check out. I love your ice cream.

This Rite Aide blows. I'm 35 years old and NEVER been carded for cough medicine. I left my wallet at home and just wanted to run in quickly and grab some mucinex and get home and this stupid cashier at the front refused to sell it to me. Went up the street to target and had no problem buying from them. Thanks to the not understanding cashier that turned me away when all I needed was medicine and some soup. Won't be coming back here.

Its Its disgustingly hot in there. Soon as we walked in it felt like I was teleported to Mexico. It felt so humid in there. I stopped by thrifty to get ice cream and the dude behind the counter was obviously on something. Dude was super short when I asked for a certain flavor and when I said umm ok gimme....and he didnt let me finish before he said "do u need a minute?!" Super rude before I was even done talking. I replied with no and finished what I was saying. He was super impatient. When I went to check out he handed my change all rudely. Y'all need nicer workers. The employees you have are really making your store look horrible.

I walked into the store last week. When I walked in I was greeted by employees at the register.As I walked through the store it was so clean and organized. I was looking for a certain item. I saw the manager and he was very helpful.His name was Robert and he helped me find what I was looking for. I would definitely come back here again.

I’m busy and rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. This is about the pharmacy section of this Rite Aid and the rude and unsatisfactory service that my partner experienced when he came by, straight from an urgent care, with our one-year-old daughter to pick up a prescription for her. Instead of providing consultation services on the medication, the pharmacist instead decided to chastise my partner for not dressing our daughter in a sweater and she had the audacity to tell him that it was his fault that she was sick. (He had parked directly in front of the pharmacy and had just run in quickly to pick up the prescription, but it seems that she had assumed that my partner had walked over to the pharmacy in the cold with our baby).As if that weren’t enough, because the pharmacist failed to provide instructions on how to use the medicine, we did not know that it was “foul tasting” and to mix it with a little apple sauce or juice. As a result, our daughter vomited twice because we gave the liquid medicine straight to her in the provided syringe and as indicated on the medication’s label.We will be switching pharmacies.
