Worse service ever. Don’t waste your time, all he does is scold you and scoffs at your questions. I only came here because my parents go to him to file their taxes and now my parents won’t be coming back.

My family has been coming for 20+ years and Mr. Tran is very friendly. He is very affordable and Mr. Tran was a pleasure to work with. He has a funny sense of humor to make you laugh while reviewing your taxes. He speaks Vietnamese and English. If you're looking for a tax accountant in Garden Grove CA definitely come here!

A lot of people know him as Mr. Tran, but I know him as Uncle Tien. I have been going to Uncle Tien's office since I was 16 and started working, that's 11 years! My mom has been going to to him nearly 30 years, as well as my siblings, aunts and uncles and cousins. Even after moving to Arizona, when I came back for spring break, you bet I brought my tax information here to get them done. I like going to Uncle Tien's office because he and his assistants are quick and efficient, yet he really takes his time to take care of your questions and concerns. He will also ask questions to make sure everything is accurate and up to date with your profile. He's also great at giving financial advice. I usually just walk in, if he's busy, his assistants will help with the prep work/data entry to make things faster. If it's really busy I just go grab a coffee and come back, although I've never been in his office for more than an hour and a half including wait time. Rates here are very reasonable compared to other competitors, yes, prices may vary for everyone but they're definitely lower than other offices. That's a plus! I have asked around because I was in another state, (I ended up sending my CA resident parents my information, so I could get my taxes filed here). I do know people that don't file here, and the rates they pay are usually higher. I didn't just send my info, just because he's affordable, but I just really like the way he works. My whole family does and we just built a trust and a bond. He's very personable, has a sense of humor and makes doing your taxes easy and not as dreadful! He also speaks both English and Vietnamese, so he can work with both communities without language barriers. Now that I am back in California and working, it'll be much easier to file my taxes here and I don't plan on going anywhere else! See you next year Uncle Tien!

Mr Tran and his assistant were amazing. I was in and out within 1 hr and that's with a 30 min wait too! They do not take appointments during tax seasons. So I recommend coming in around Feb if you want to avoid a long line. And make sure you bring all the tax documents, or you will have to make another trip back. They have a great system where the assistant will input my info into the system. Once Mr Tran is ready to see me, he will review the numbers before filing your taxes. His rates were also very reasonable. I know everyone's taxes are filed differently. But compared to my previous accountant, Mr Tran was very affordable. Also, Mr Tran was pleasure to work with. He has a funny sense of humor to make you laugh whiling reviewing your taxes. lol.. I plan to come here to file my taxes from now on. Thanks you Mr Tran for our amazing help. See you next year.
