The wait is ridiculous if you don't have an appointment! I waited from 9:30am-1:10pm until my name was called from the walk-in list. If the wait for walk-ins is expected to be more than an hour, my recommendation is to remove the walk-in option and strictly say by appointment only. I get it they were busy and I know how it is to work in a setting of nonstop busy work flow but full transparency to us who had no other choice than to go in today because no other day or time would work soon, would be much appreciated. They also need to have a worker in the lobby helping with the kiosks! Someone not very tech savvy ask me for help on how to check-in on the kiosk so you had me there walking them through their check-in and I was just another patient myself. Granted I didn't mind because I don't like to see people struggle. But I mean if Kaiser has someone helping with the kiosks, why not add one here too to improve their quality of service if they no longer have a front desk.

Other places have friendly staffs. Here look like the staff don't want customers. They stated walk-in welcome that's not the case. They hate walk-in. Have a very bad attitude when I did a walk-in. The staff come to help giving me the look and raise her voice.

This place is literally, the worst Quest Lab. I have no problem with Quest and I will continue to use Quest but the "phlebotomists" at this specific location are so rude. The desk is boarded up so no one is able to or required to help you. If there are any issues, you pretty much sit and hope whoever calls the next name is nice enough to answer a question. The ones who attempt to help dont speak the greatest English and the ones who do avoid you at all costs. Both of which, always act like they dont understand and respond with "check in again".I am walking out now because I came in with my daughter because we had an appointment mix up. We both needed labs done and didnt have an appointment. I remembered how it worked and I was fully prepared to wait for an opening because "Walk-Ins are Welcome", right? Wrong. Walk-Ins are absolutely not welcome, they are tolerated. They are so rude to walk-ins and continuously make comments to make you feel like you might as well go home.Anyway, after a 2 hour wait and a 7 min lecture about how lucky I am to even be seen today, I got my labs done. It was fast so I just needed my daughter's done and we were set. As I was walking out, I noticed my daughter's name was removed from the wait list. So I turned around and waited for the "phlebotomist" to come out and I asked her if she could get her labs done because her name was removed. She had another "phlebotomist" come to me and she said she could help me in the lobby. As soon as I passed through the doorway, she told me to "check in again" and closed the door in my face. When I arrived there was maybe 2 people there and we still waited about and hour and a half without complaint. Now there was like 8 people and about 1 hour til closing. Highly unlikely. Yeah, I get we didnt have an appointment but it's the disrespect and complete lack of even an attempt for compassion. And seeing how unbothered they all were by this response, let's me know they do this daily which is so sad & unfortunate for those who have to use this clinic.

Very bad place to cancel an appointment you need to be calling and spelling your name and if the operator does not find your name she makes you repeat and repeat spelling the name and nothing. I couldn't cancel an appointment. I went in the morning for attention because the studies asked me on an empty stomach and it turns out that they gave me an appointment until 1:30 pm as they pretend that I was going to be without eating a bite until that time ?.

Honestly, great service. Can't speak for anyone else but my own. I got into the office as a walk in. Was in-n-out within 45 mins. Phobometist that drew blood was nice, started a quick conversation and before you know it, she drew all blood that was needed.FYI, they have no receptionist and only a kiosk when I was there. Pretty simple to use though.

Very bad because whoever comes out to help you answers badly when they help you and they do it angry ? but not outside of their race because they speak well to them but they are not all of them. She is short Asian but as I said, they are not all of them. good humor

Don't ever go here. You can make an appointment online and you show up for them to tell you that there is nothing scheduled for you. I witnessed 3 people in one day who showed their scheduled appointments online with confirmation only to be turned away anyway. Then if you need a drug test you can have all your correct paperwork for them to not know how to enter it in and waste your time. The doctor here is incompetent so I suggest you go to another Quest Diagnostic. I have done non-DOT drug tests in the past and it has never been an issue. This place sucks.

EXTREMELY terrible service. I went to get a blood test MONTHS ago and still have the bill unresolved because they incorrectly submitted my insurance information. The nurse that drew my blood was not helpful nor kind. I was so nervous that I passed out and I woke up to her LITERALLY hitting my head to wake me up. I wish I was exaggerating. DO NOT GO HERE.

I would honestly leave 0 stars if I could. I tried calling multiple times to set an appointment but wasn't able to get in contact with anyone at this office. I decide to walk in and I came in at 11 for a simple urine drug test. Based off the hours for drug screen I had until 1:30pm to get it done. Once I arrived a quest employee (short Asian lady) came out saying that they weren't doing drug screening after 12:30. Since that gave me an hour and a half I decided to wait since there weren't too many people. I waited until 12:10 until I was next to be called. That same employee came out and yelled "I don't know why you're still here you're not going to be seen today". It would be much more efficient if the hours were accurate, if someone actually answered the phone, and if the employees were trained on proper customer service. Skip on this place if you want to avoid rude staff!

This place has discriminating staff. My mother went in and was treated horribly. She came in early for her appointment but was still put behind those without an appointment. The Asian lady was passing through another asian lady who did not have an appointment. When my mother talked to other people waiting they mentioned this was a constant thing at this location. My mother made a comment to acknowledge that she had an appointment and the women that went before her didn't, the asian lady gave her attitude and proceeded to treat her like this throughout her time there. My mother doesn't speak good English and felt humiliated and disrespected. The manager didn't seem to care and from the looks of other reviews this place seems to not care about the people or it's customer service. They need to be looked into because if this is how they are acting with the patients I would be worried about them handling any medical tests.

Horrible experience. I had an appointment and was a few minutes late and I was told to wait all day. After a few hours I just left. This is not how you treat someone going through an illness and needing testing. I will be filing a report with the better business bureau as well. You need new employees and management here. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone moving forward. I'm sure the employees will lie.

Techs don't care. Never had bruising this bad for 1 vial. I even asked for a small needle last time I had 4 vials drawn and tech used small needle no bruises. Wish Quest Diagnostics would give after visiting surveys too gauge how a particular tech is treating patients maybe then they would care more about client experience.
