All you have to do is walk in and they greet you with the most welcoming you in with a big smile and are willing to take care of you one on one like your family . They are so patient and caring. I will never go to any other UPS stores than this one. The reason is the other UPS stores was not as patience,understanding and caring. It's a lot easier, to come into the this store, knowing they are going to get the job done right. I walk out so happy, they always make my day even if my day is a hard day I always walk out with a smile. Don't tell anyone how great this UPS store is or we are going to have lines out the door. “Review is strictly for my quoting experience. Messaged them on Yelp for wedding invitation prints and Henry responded quickly with a quote. Extremely affordable and envelope add-on was so low cost, I was pleasantly surprised. I went to their shop to see their paper options. Their paper is very thick (about 110-130lb?). I am attempting a few DIY things for my invitations and he was kind enough to give me samples of old invitations he made to test what I'm doing at home. Unfortunately I'm not going with them because I'm looking for a specific type of paper but I would recommend checking them out!”

“I've come here for printing services a few times this past year, and each time, I was pretty pleased. The print department (shoutout to Ash, Salem (?) and Richard (?)) is really friendly, patient, and courteous. They're awesome! On my most recent visit, there was a bit of confusion on how many prints and cuts to make, so I waited another 15ish minutes to get the remainder of my order. No big deal; they handled it well, and luckily, I wasn't in a rush. For reference, I was printing wedding invitations. However, the last small stack (about 30) that was printed wasn't cut too well, like the color borders of my cards got partially cut off. The majority (about 90) look fine, though. Aside from that slight imperfection, I'm still happy to be a customer here and do recommend the print department here!”

Staff even help straighten our hair, check on how to smile for best passport photo, let us see our photo beforehand to choose the best photo. Highly reccomended for passport photo taken here.”
