“First time coming to this location. Was in the area and needed to mail off my passport to be renewed as well as take care of other packages. Donovan was the team member who carried out exceptional customer service with detailed mailing options and mail times. He knew I was very new to the mailing options so efficiently took care of my concerns. Donovan was thorough, friendly, had some jokes, and process the task smoothly. There was a line but he took care of the customers with a breeze.”
“This is a GREAT little USPS post office! The staff is friendly, helpful, upbeat & knowledgeable. Parking can be challenging, but there are always spots behind the post office building. I far prefer this post office to larger ones…..lines are usually short and staff is efficient, so lines move fairly quickly.”

I have lived less than 2 miles from this post office for almost 5 years and the only unpleasant experiences with post offices I’ve had was when I was unable to go to this location.Midway City is the most convenient place to live. The post office is laid back and easy going, Midway City Sanitation easily accessible and handle things ins timely manner, the property taxes are lower than average and the Vietnamese community are wonderful. I am so grateful I found this gem.”
“6/11/2024 - I went to 1350 E Chapman to renew my passport, and did not have an appointment. I was fortunate to meet Richard Trung and Long Ho who helped me complete my application and mail off my passport renewal. Both were professionals, courteous and very helpful. All was complete in 10 minutes.

“10 times better than the post office on Lincoln. Mail plus more has parking, the post office parking lot is donkeybutt. Mail plus more is fast and easy for live scan, mail, P.O. Box, and (like the name) more. Post office is full of lines, 25 clocked-in employees, but only 1 behind the counter. Go to Mail Plus More and save your time and patience. It's worth it!”

“This cute little place is like part of a movie set; there are only two service windows in it. The employees are pleasant and helpful and best of all, letters and packages seem to get to their destinations more quickly than if I mail out of Seal Beach. Occasionally parking is a hassle, but I usually run other errands and come back and park with no problem.”

“I would like to say that after being passed around by the company I ordered from to try and fix the address they misprinted I ended calling usps and Tony went and physically looked for my package saw that the business only put the numbers of my address and not the street(it was not my fault my confirmation email says I put my full address) he fixed it and had it sent out for the next day mail delivery. Let me tell you that is the kind of service that is stellar. He could’ve easily told me no but instead he went and fixed it even tho it wasn’t their fault that the address was wrong. “I want to say that the Placentia post office was more than awesome, they went above and beyond. Especially Justin. I had a package that was delivered past the deadline, so I wasn't going to be able to get it until the next day, and I was leaving early the next morning. I needed the package for my trip. I spoke to a couple of guys, one being Justin. He gave me his phone # and I gave him mine. I called him two hours after the PO closed.He answered and said they hadn't located it, and asked me to give him some time. Two hours later, he called E to let me know he had located my package, and I could go and get it. I was so impressed. Not a lot of people go above and beyond like that. Placentia post office on Kraemer saved the day. I am so appreciative. not a lot of people would go out of their way like that.”

The drop-off slot was jammed, preventing me from properly depositing my package. I tried a couple of times, but unfortunately, it remained stuck. It was disappointing to encounter this issue, as the convenience of a functioning drop-off is one of the main reasons I choose USPS for shipping my packages.Despite the jammed drop-off, the staff promptly noticed my struggle and came to my assistance. They were courteous and did their best to resolve the issue promptly. While I appreciated their efforts, it was still a minor inconvenience that could have been avoided if the drop-off had been properly maintained.I understand that occasional technical difficulties can occur, but it is essential for USPS to ensure that all equipment, including package drop-offs, are regularly checked and maintained to provide a seamless customer experience.Overall, while the lack of long lines and wait times was a positive aspect, the jammed package drop-off was a significant inconvenience.
